Warrensville Heights, Ohio is one of the most well-known andGunfire history communities in the United States. The community was founded on July 4th, 1836 by a group of families who immigrated from Ireland. Warrensville Heights is located in Hamilton County, Ohio and has a population of over 15,000 residents. The first gunnery school in Warrensville Heights was opened on May 12th, 1837 by Captain George Sheehan and his soldiers of Company C US regulars. In 1838 Captain Sheehan organized a volunteer militia to protect the town against Indian attacks. In 1840 Captain Sheehan organized a new volunteer militia company named the “Warrensburg Guards” which patrolled the area around Warrensville Heights. The “Warrensburg Guards” were disbanded in 1846 but their remains are still preserved at Fort Knox museum today as part of America’s military history program. In 1849 Captain Sheehan purchased land east of town from James Wills for $600 and began construction on what would become known as “Sheean House Hotel”. The hotel was built on high ground just outside of town limits and served as both a place to stay for visitors coming to visit the community and also as a meeting hall for local business owners and citizens who needed to discuss important issues with one another. In 1850Captain Sheehan donated three acres of land north of the hotel to create what is now known as King Street square. This square was used as an open air market day during summer months before it became residential property in 1870 when Mayor John Matson laid out streets that ran through it. In 1861 Colonel William J Blanchard formed Company D US Volunteers from Indianapolis men under orders to help suppress antislavery protests taking place throughout Ohio including those within Warrensville Heights where he resided at 524 King Street square. On October 20th, 1861 Colonel Blanchard ordered his men to march into town accompanied by artillery fire while carrying banners reading: "Equality or Unequality? Let us choose Equality!" As they arrived in town they found several hundred people gathered inside Mayor Matson’s office protesting against newly proposed state laws that would give slaveowners free access to their slaves while denying freedom to freed slaves living within reach of their former masters! After many face offringing incidents between Confederate troops loyal to General Robert E Lee (the army commanding nearby Cincinnati)and Union troops commanded by Colonel Blanchard (who claimed self-defense), Governor Andrew Johnson called for an end to hostilities citing public sentiment against continued fighting in central Ohio after Jefferson Davis had been proclaimed President of Confederate States Of America two weeks earlier After observing some skirmishes near the city limits between pro-Union mobs wielding swords and pistols while masked men carrying cannons manned boats stationed offshore until order finally could be restored prohibiting any further violence Lieutenant Colonel James A Hickey led an infantry detachment numbering approximately 150 troopers into downtown Warrensville Heights under cover of darkness September 10th 1865 seize controlof all communication leading upriver towards Cincinnati Bayou becoming facto garrison commander until relieved December 1865 In total more than 2200 firearms were registered with state police during 1860–1865 alone including muzzleloaders, shotguns, pistols etc., making this community home base for numerous European arms manufacturers such as Smith & Wesson (founded 1786), Colt Firearms Manufacturing Co., Remington Arms Co., DeSoto Arms Manufacturing co., French Army rifles etc.. Many famous American shooters such as Sam Houston (founder & first president Texas Republic), Tom Petty ( founding member rock band Petty And The Heartbreakers)and Garret Akins started their careers here including future Medal Of Honor recipients Jesse Owens ( footballer)and Billy Joe Shively Bushnell Sr.(American rifle shooter). Warrensville Heights is named after General Joseph Warren who fought in the Revolutionary War. During the 1800s, the area was a part of Hamilton County and many small businesses were located here. The population grew rapidly during this time and by 1810, there were over 100 businesses inWarrensville Heights. After Ohio became a state in 1821, Warrensville Heights became one of its first towns. The townspeople erected a local courthouse in 1828 and soon began to develop theirown businesses. In 1836, they built the first school in Warrensville Heights and by 1840, there were six schools operating in Warrensville Heights. By 1860, the population had increased to 1,500 people and by 1870, it had reached 2,000 people. In 1916, the first electric lighting system was installed inWarrensville Heights and by 1920, all major streets were illuminated with lightbulbs.During World War II, many Allied forces moved into Warrensville Heights for wartime housing. Many factories closed but some continued to operate until the late 1940’S when they transitioned to using coal as their primary fuel source

Warrensville Heights is a small town in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,818 at the 2010 census. The name of the town comes from Warrens Creek. Warrensville Heights is located in southern Hamilton County on the edge of the University of Cincinnati's campus. It is bordered by Interurban Boulevard to the east and west and Summerhill Road to the north and south. The community was founded in 1892 when two families who lived near CVU moved to Warrensville Heights from nearby Dayton. The first post office was opened in 1893, and Warrensville Heights became a village in 1907. The growth ofCVU led to another increase in population; by 1920, Warrensville Heights had reached 7,000 residents. In 1928, Village President John Fenton hired a consultant to study ways to improve economic development within the community due to worries that CVU would leave the area. That same year, CVU merged with other universities and townships in Hamilton County and renamed itself "Universities/Hamilton". In 1936, when Trustees voted not to annex part of neighboring Mayfield into Warrensville Heights because of concerns about potential traffic congestion onCVU's main Campus Rd., WarrensVILLE HEIGHTS were born! Heights grew steadily throughout World War II as people poured intotown for military service or Beginnings there for work during wartime shortages caused by rationing programs instituted during WORLD WAR II

The first firearm hats were made in the 1830s by David R. Cooksey of Boston, Massachusetts. Cooksey created a hat that would protect the head from rain and other weather conditions while outdoors. The hat was designed to be worn on top of a soldier's head and was made of felt or cloth. TheHat company continued to produce firearms hat products until 1865 when they merged with another manufacturer, Phineas Gage Hat Company, creating the most famous firearm hat brand today.

Warrensville Heights was founded in 1810 by Rev. Samuel Warren, a Quaker minister. The area today known as Warrensville Heights was part of the Northwest Territory and became part of Ohio in 1787. In 1800, the town had a population of about 100 people. By 1830, the population had grown to 1,500 people and it reached its peak in 1840 with 2,000 residents. However, during the 1840s and 1850s, Warrensville Heights experienced significant economic decline due to factors such as the Bristow-Huntington Treaty and increased competition from other towns in central Ohio. In 1857, Warrensville Heights merged with neighboring village of Portsmouth to form Portsmouth-Warrensville Heights Township. In 1870, Portsmouth-Warrensville Heights Township merged with Athens County to form Athens County-Warrensville Heights Township. In 1881, Athens County-Warrensburg Heights Township consolidated with Huntington County to form Huntington County-Warrensburg Heights Township which remains an active township today. In 1810, Rev. Samuel Warren founded what is now Warrensville Heights after being lured there by its rich land grants available in what is now central Ohio via a lottery process that he started himself based on his religious beliefs about justice and equity for all citizens regardless of social class or wealth status (Schafer). The first recorded settler in what is now Warrensville Heights was James Fenton who arrived there on July 14th,.1811 when he landed at the mouth of Little Miami River on board USS Constitution (Cf.). From that day forward until it eventually became part of Columbus Grove Township on February 2nd,, 1822 (Fetterman), not much happened here except for occasional visits from Indian traders looking for goods they could trade back east (Fetterman). The first post office called “Washington’’ was established here on October 12th,, 1821 by John Kapp; however this stopped operations because no letters were received from Washington D C until October 27th,, 1825 thanks largely to mail coach service between Cincinnati and Philadelphia running every day then available across the river (Gildersleeve). When Columbus Grove Township was organized on February 2nd,, 1822 it included parts of what are now Portsmouth-Warrensville Heights as well as present day Dayton; both villages were named after George Washington who died two years earlier while serving as U S President under Andrew Jackson (&). It wasn’t until November 14th,-1823 when Ohio Statehood took effect that Washington D C proper finally received its letter mail! During this time period some interesting events occurred here including: On November 3rd,,,, Aaron Burr got into a fight with John Marshall outside gunpoint near modern day Fountain Square; General Tom Thumb visited here early one morning while marching southward through town towards Fort Henry; also while living here Capt David Shafter helped found Ottawa College & later served as its first president (&) On December 5th,,,,,,,, local farmer John Ziegler shot & killed several white settlers traveling along High Street just east of present day Ziegler Road when their oxen caused him some inconvenience (&) One can only imagine how dangerous life would have been if those sorts of things actually happened during those days! One result of these natural disasters which often struck these small towns during this time period were increased prices for necessities like food and shelter due to scarcity/low demand caused by hard times elsewhere around America at that point (-Wrightson). Furthermore, many homes were lost or destroyed as a result either due directly to weather conditions such as floods or fires which often swept through these areas during tough times (+Wrightson). Another common problem faced by small towns during this time period was immigration due primarilyto lack thereof elsewhere in America at that point (+Wrightson). Therefore many residents turned their backs on their own communities & left for more opportunity abroad (-WolfeJr.)

Warrensville Heights was founded in 1788 by Captain Jonathan Warren and his wife, Sarah. The town grew rapidly after the opening of the Erie Canal in 1825, and by 1830 it had a population of 1,500. In 1837, Warrensville Heights became the first city in Ohio to be incorporated. It continued to grow until the late 19th century, when its growth slowed due to factors such as cotton production and an influx of German immigrants. By 1910, however, Warrensville Heights had recovered enough to become a thriving community with a population of over 10,000. The town experienced significant growth during World War II; during that time it emerged as one of Ohio's leading manufacturing centers. After the war ended, however, Warrensville Heights began to decline again; its population peaked at just under 11,000 in 1960 but declined sharply thereafter. In recent years, however, the town has begun to experience resurgence thanks to new development and tourism opportunities.
