Warren, Ohio is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the seat of Muskegon County. It is situated on the lower Muskegon River about south of Grand Rapids, Michigan. As of 2019, Warren had a population of over 100,000 people. The city was founded in 1824 by General James Kieft and became part of the United States in 1837. The first gun store in Warren opened in 1825 and it was known as The Gun Store & Brokerage Company. In 1865, Wm Hargrave opened a second store which became known as The Grosse Pointe Gun Shop and continued to be open until 1907 when it closed its doors due to financial troubles. In 1913, A&P rifle shop opened at 5th & Elm Streets which continues to be open today as A&P Guns Incorporated. At this time, Warren was also home to the first Walmart Supercenter located at 10 Mile Road and Elm Street which opened in 1987 and remains operational today. In 1903, two gunmen entered Wm Hargrave's store with intent on shooting everyone inside before escaping with only three handguns (one each for themselves). This event is considered one of the most brazen attacks on commercial firearmsever committed in America up until that point; however no one was injured or worse because of it! In 1938-1939 during World War II, Warren experienced some extent devastation due to bombings by Nazi Germany; however none were more destructive than what happened on December 12th 1939 when 20 bombers bombed several blocks near downtown killing 30+ people including nine children under the age of 10 years old! Just like that – entire neighbourhoods were leveled leaving nothing but barren rubble where once resided homes and businesses! A few weeks later following this attack occurred another devastating bombing raid taking place just east sideof downtown injuring 14 citizens after dropping 4 bombs from an altitude greater than 50 feet! These events remain criminal records within Warren ever since! As violence against civilians escalated throughout much of our country during those dark times there came forth efforts led by mayors across cities all across America to pass anti-gun bills trying not simply make things harder for law abiding Americans but prohibiting them from owning any type weapon whatsoever! Many passed these measures successfully becoming law despite NRA opposition but unfortunately such measures often did nothing more than increase crime rates rather then protect society from harm... pretty much like our current gun control laws are doing currently!!

In Warren, Ohio in the early 1800s there was a gun culture and disarmament movement. The first group to form in Warren was the Anti-Slavery Society of America. They were successful in getting the town council to pass a resolution forbidding guns on their property. This prohibition did not last long however, as soon after shots were fired near the town hall one night and two men were killed, it became clear that guns were still being used for protection. In 1824 an ordinance was passed outlawing carrying firearms without a license from local authorities. This ordinance also banned ownership of handguns by civilians. Despite this regulation, pistols continued to be used for protection until about 1835 when rifles began to become more popular in Warren.
