Warren, Ohio is a small town located in the southwestern corner of the United States. The population was 4,431 at the 2010 census. Firearms clothing has been a part of Warren's history for over 100 years. In 1868, Warren residents voted to pass a resolution authorizing the establishment of a pistol and revolver club. The club met monthly and used pistols acquired from local farmers and ranchers. In 1875, the first rifle range in Warren was established by Wm. Sowers with three rifles and twenty rounds of ammunition. By 1898, there were five ranges in Warren with seventy-six guns and two hundred rounds of ammunition available to members. In 1916, Warren had its first law enforcement agency when it became an incorporated municipality under state law. At that time, police officers were hired to patrol their own community rather than coming into town from Dayton or other cities for assistance. The first organized shooting event in Warren took place on October 16th of that year when four people participated in a shotgun competition at the rifle range

Warren is a city in Northwest Ohio, United States. It was the capital of the U.S. state of Ohio from 1811 until 1813 and again from 1913 to 1921. The population of Warren was $67,898 as of 2010.[1] The first records that survive show that there were people living in Warren by 1800. The community probably started out as a small post office called trading Post Ford on the Scioto River west of present-day downtownWarren. In 1811, Warren became the capital of Ohio due to its location on the east bank of the Scioto River which made it an easy site for military garrisons and other important installations. The city's growth continued apace during its early years; by 1830, it had over 4,000 residents[2]. In 1833, one year after becoming Ohio's capital, Warren became a town when it annexed part of Centerburg to its south and added another square block to its borders. By 1840, according to US Census reports,[3], Warren had reached 10,000 residents[4]. In 1861–1865 both sides in the American Civil War fought around or near Warren – General John Custer's Army invading Kentucky en route to Battle Creek while Union forces defended against Confederate attacks at Perrysburg – so much so that only about half finished building before hostilities stopped again[5]. During these years too many people were moving into what would become downtownWarren from elsewhere in town because there wasn't enough room else for them all,[6] but DowntownWarren grew steadily nonetheless even as most new housing stock was built along Second Avenue between Shiawassee and High Streets (later renamed State Street).[7][8] In 1913–21 (due largely to Republican Party efforts), Cleveland served as the national capital for four years under president Woodrow Wilson; during this time Dayton also served as national capital for two years prior thereto[9]. When Cleveland returned to Ohio control in 1920 followingWilson's death (the same year Dayton lost its status), Dayton regained sole control overOhio's politico-administrative center with Warrenserving merely as Its second municipality/incorporated area since then[10]; however [11], continuing downtown development occurred unabated until 1991 when City Council passing Ordinance #91-1991 reversed earlier decisions not To allow any more buildings within limits existing downtown upon original plans which did not take into account later population growth ledto more contemporary redevelopments such as Beechwood Place shopping mall being built just eastofState Street adjacent parking lot now used by neighboring Overland Park Department store

The best thing about this advancement is that everyone can find something they feel comfortable wearing when shooting at ranges or outdoors.

Warren was founded in 1796 by Captain John Warren and his wife, Deborah. The town was named for General George Washington, who had fought in the War of Independence. In 1814, the city of Cleveland was founded nearby, and the two towns merged into one. The city of Cleveland grew rapidly during the early years of the 20th century. It became an important center for industry and commerce. The Warren area also experienced significant growth during this time. Many famous people were born or died here, including America's first president, James K. Polk; former Ulysses S. Grant; and Franklin D. Roosevelt. In 1920, Cleveland voters passed a ordinance making it an illegal city to discriminate against black residents on the grounds of race or color. This ordinance helped to create a strong racial segregationist sentiment in the city throughout most of the 20th century. However, as African Americans began to gain political power beginning in the late 1960s, Cleveland began to change significantly – becoming one of several major American cities that has seen significant gentrification over recent decades!
Warren was founded in 1796 by Samuel Warren as a town in the Northwest Territory of Ohio. The name was changed to Warren in 1812, when it became a county. In 1827, the county was divided into two parts and the name was again changed to Warren County, Ohio. The county seat was moved from Mansfield to Cleveland in 1907.
