St. Clair Street in Streetsboro is a main thoroughfare that runs through the town of Streetsboro, Ohio. The street has been called "The Main Street of Appalachia" and is home to many businesses, including several grocery stores, pharmacies, and other businesses. The street was once known as "Highway 2" because it connected Cincinnati with Akron and West Virginia. Streetsboro was founded in 1871 by General James W. Wilson and became a borough in 1921. The population of Streetsboro was 10,000 in 1950, but had grown to over 30,000 by 1990. TheStreet's namesake General James W. Wilson fought for the United States during the American Revolution and later served as a Colonel in the Union army under Ulysses S. Grant. In 1871, Wilson founded the town of Streetsboro on land he donated to the townspeople for development purposes. After becoming a borough in 1921, Streetsboro began to grow rapidly thanks to its location at an important crossroads which made it easy for goods to be transported between Cincinnati and West Virginia (now Kentucky). Several grocery stores were opened along this stretch of highway within years of its inception while other businesses such as auto parts store and post office soon followed suit giving Streetsboro one of Ohio's largest concentrations of business life at that time. Today there are more than 20 businesses located on StClair Street alone making it one of the most active streets in Townsville - whether you're shopping or just hanging out!

The Briefcase Style Bag was originally designed by Captain John Smith in 1676 for the Massachusetts Provincial Congress. In 1795, Major George Washington began using a briefcase style bag as his personal firearm carried with him on his campaigns in America. After he became President in 1800, he continued using this type of bag as his standard firearms carrier on his travels around America. This style of case lasted into the 20th century before becoming rarer and less common.
Streetsboro is a town in the U.S. state of Ohio and is the county seat of Warren County. The population was 10,691 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dayton–Cincinnati, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first permanent settler in what became Streetsboro was Nicholas Putnam in 1792. A post office was established in 1811, and by 1837 it had become the largest town on the frontier with a population of 1,500 people. The first store in Streetsboro opened on Main Street in 1838. In 1860, Streetsboro had a population of 5,000 people and became an important railroad center with its station on the Cincinnati& Cleveland Railroad. In 1865, during the American Civil War (1861-1865), Streetsboro residents joined forces with Confederate troops to fight against Union forces under General William Totten and were known as "The Bluegrass Brigade". After the war ended, Streetsboro's status changed from military merchant town to agricultural center due to increased production of corn and other crops brought about by newly developed railroads statewide. After years of growth and development, Streetsboro reached its peak as an industrial city with heavy manufacturing throughout World War II until its sudden decline following World War II when much industry moved outWest into larger metropolitan areas such as Detroit or Chicago while also reducing jobs available for locals within city limits which led to declining populations over time; however this did not mean that there were no businesses left open or thriving despite having many smaller businesses close down due to competition from more large businesses outside their area during those days before online sales made things easier for small business owners). One example would be Oldsmobile where they produced cars until 1973 when they closed their plant located near downtown which left behind thousands of jobs un filled by new companies that took over those old positions such as Ford who continued making cars until 2006 when they announced plans to move all operations out of Dayton into Corktown making it one giant factory rather than several smaller plants scattered throughout different parts of Dayton) Despite these challenges though, there have been numerous successes stories through history like Danica Patrick becoming NASCAR's first female driver after driving for Joe Gibbs Racing Team Penske during her rookie season in 2001 along with current owner Gene Haas who bought them back from Ford Motor Company just prior to their sale ending up being one million dollar loss for Haas' team). Streetsboro was founded in 1795 by a group of Germans who were moving westward. The town was named after the street that ran through it, which was called "The Street of the Saints". In 1802, Streetsboro became part of the United States and its first president, George Washington, inspected the town. In 1810, Streetsboro had a population of about 100 people. It experienced some growth during the 1830s and 1840s but declined during the 1850s. In 1860, Streetsboro had a population of about 1,200 people. However, this number decreased as well and by 1870 it had only about 100 residents remaining. After years of decline, Streetsboro regained some importance in the late 1800s as a commercial center for eastern Ohio due to its location on routes 10 and 12. During World War II, Roads 328 and 330 were built through streetsboro to help with traffic congestion in nearby communities such as Parma Heights and Fairfield Heights.
