There is no one answer to this question as the history of weapon flashlights in South Euclid, Ohio goes back many years. The first such award was made to Private First Class Lewis Arrington for rescuing four comrades from a ambush at Round Top on July 6th, 1879. One of the most prolific weapon flashlights manufacturers in the early 1900s was Sunbeam Industries Company. This company manufactured more than 25 different types of flashlight ranging from smallspot lights up to large tactical torches. Many these devices were designed as night vision goggles companion devices for military personnel or law enforcement officers who needed bright light while they worked or played outside at night. South Euclid, Ohio is a city in Stark County, Ohio, United States. The population was 37,564 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cleveland–Akron–Canton metropolitan area. The first Europeans to visit what is now South Euclid were the French in 1634 and the British in 1701. The first store on Clark Street was built by George Washington in 1792. In 1803, South Euclid received its charter from the state of Ohio and became an incorporated town. In 1836, plans were made to build a rail line through South Euclid and Cleveland that would connect with the Cincinnati and Toledo Railway (later known as the Great Lakes Railway) at Elyria. However, this project failed to receive approval from either state government because of objection from some residents who felt they had been unfairly taken advantage of by developers working on the project. In 1854, when Cleveland Municipal Court established divisions for each ward within City Hall Township boundaries, East Cleveland sued South Euclid for refusing to annex into East Cleveland without providing justification for why such a request would be contrary to public policy or interest of both cities. A coroner's inquest jury found that "the inhabitants of [South Euclid] have manifested themselves hostile towards our institution" but decided not to indict anyone because there was no evidence that violence or crime had occurred between the two groups since annexation had happened more than six months earlier; however Mayor John Bunning refused to apologize or provide financial compensation for what he saw as an unjustified municipality-by-municipality decision by his predecessor Amos Kendall Sr.). The situation escalated when South Euclid Mayor Cephus Kinney unsuccessfully attempted to hold a special election on November 2nd in order to fill a vacancy caused by President James Kossuth's death less than two weeks earlier while serving as Secretary of State at Fort Point on Staten Island; Kinney contended that since he held office during Kossuth's governorship and knew about important cabinet decisions related thereto – including those pertaining to annexation proceedings – then he should be able to fill said vacancy instead of having City Hall Township councillors vote on who should serve instead until such time as someone could be appointed by President Andrew Johnson himself; however Bunning rejected Kinney's request due primarily to concerns over potential voter fraudulence potential resulting from large numbers of candidates running for office simultaneously which would have given unfair advantages one candidate over another (in additionKinney also claimed that any vacant seat would only become available once all other candidates had already been defeated). This event eventually led directly into Civil War conflict between Gotham Heights residents (dominated by August Belmonts) and West Side Republicans following allegations lodged against Kinney alleging ballot stuffing during his campaign process). Euclid was a town in Stark County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,523 at the 2010 census. The community is named after Euclid Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. The first people to settle in Euclid were fur traders and travelers who came through the area in the early 1800s. In 1825, John Cuyahoga River froze over and made transportation difficult; so, entrepreneur Isaac Sellers founded a wagon road from Cleveland to Erie via Euclid. By 1830, there were five stores and two hotels in what is now Euclid. In 1834-35, construction began on the Erie Canal which linked Cleveland with Buffalo and then New York City. With increased trade between these regions and growing populations within both cities (eastern Ohioans had started moving westward since the end of the Civil War), businesses sprang up all along the canal route: warehouses for goods coming into Cleveland from Buffalo or Rochester; cotton ginners near Lake Erie; leather shops on Canfield Avenue near downtown (now known as University Circle). Prominent citizens included Jno. Biddle (the founder of Biddle & Laughlin Steel Company), James McNally (founder of McNally's grocery store), George Stephenson (the builder of Liverpool’s first railway line) and Andrew Carnegie (founder of Carnegie Steel). By 1860-1865, only one small farm still existed within town limits – this being located east of Canfield Avenue between Brushy Creek Road and Park Row – while more than 100 businesses stretched out along both banks of the Cuyahoga River. Real estate prices had also increased rapidly during this time frame as development proceeded southward towards Akron/Cleveland Heights/Highland Hills areas now part of neighboring Strongsville Township on the north side ofriver where several mills continued to operate until 1990 when they closed due to competition from new steel mills operating on opposite sides ofriverine field that were built by two groups: one group led by David Forster bought US land around Streamstown Falls opposite Fallsview Cemetery from Joseph Hargrave Sr., owner of Anthony Wayne Manufacturing Company which operated an open-air mill therefrom 1915 until his death in 1975; another group led by Harold Wittenburg acquired land adjacent to Streamstown Falls from Anthony Wayne’s widow Edna Wayne Hargrave beginning production thereof at about this time also until her death in 1984; both groups are now buried under streams nearby]. Asclepius High School opened its doors for students Fall Term 1896 ; it replaced Ursuline Academy which was established April 15th 1892 by Sisters who took charge Of school following vandalism committed Against them At Ursuline Academy building] . Ursuline Academy had been organized as an academy preparatory school for girls under direction Of Miss Julia Mclntyre but soon proved too large And expensive To maintain So Mrs Frazier donated her house Which formed The cornerstone Of A new Schoolhouse That Was Completed November 15th 1896 By Geo Ewing ]. On October 27th 1889 Reverend John Fagan arrived From Rome Catholic Church At Cincinnati To take charge Of St Louis Catholic School Which adjoined Ursuline Academy In Building ] . Reverend Fagan served As Superintendent For Three Years After Which Time He Was succeeded By Father Ziegler ]. Reverend John Fagan left Our Lord’s Parish In 1897 To become pastor Of Our Lady HelpOf Christians Parish In Mayfair ].
