He held positions at OSU until his retirement from teaching effective July 1st 2002DrBoggs became chair emeritus Emeritus of OSU on September 1st 2003He currently resides outside Tulsa Oklahoma USA where he continues to provide leadership support for undergraduate research program

Solon also contains a number of historically significant buildings including the former home of President James Kenedy and his wife, Lucy Kenedy; the Masonic Lodge No. 2; and Queen's Park Elementary School which serves as headquarters for Solon Township government (established 1827). Today, Solon is an expanding small-town community with strong cultural ties to Cleveland that retains much of its pioneer history along with many modern amenities unavailable or not available elsewhere within larger metropolitan areas such as Cleveland itself or Cincinnati/Daytona Beach County, Florida

The town was originally known as Xenia and it first began to be called by its current name in 1828. It was renamed after Solon, one of the founders of Ohio. One of these children, John Cockerill Jr., became mayor of Solon after his father’s death in 1875 but he resigned from office following a corruption scandal which arose around this time period. As mayor, John Cockerill helped improve infrastructure within the town while also working to keep things clean and organized- something which many people consider to be a hallmark of his administration. The city hall currently stands on property once belonging to John Cockerill Jr.. WhenSolon was founded, it wasn’t very populated so most residents were either farmers or traders who worked along side their families or went back and forth between home and work all day long when they couldn’t stay overnight due to weather conditions or other challenges at hand. However, over time as Solon grew more populous it became difficult for those who weren’t already living there to afford land which made life much harder for those who did live there- especially given that prices for goods soared during this time period because supplies were scarce everywhere else despite being plentiful hereabouts! Despite these challenges though, many residents stuck around through thick & thin because they knew how valuable it was just like their ancestors had done before them-. And so when talk started swirling about potential changes taking place within Adams County due to demographic shifts caused by immigration & modernization new

Solon was founded in 1788 by Solomon Locher and his family. It became a town in 1836 and was named for Solon, an early settler in the area. The first bank in Solon opened in 1838. In 1865, Solon became part of the newly formed Union County. The population reached 5,000 by 1900. In 1925, Solon participated in the Ohio Valley Regional Planning Conference and was recommended for city status because of its growing population and economic potential. On July 1, 1927, Solon passed a resolution declaring itself a city. The city's charter was adopted on August 1, 1927. The United States Post Office moved to Solon from Athens on November 15, 1928.
