The company produced riflescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other astronomical sensors until it closed its doors in 1951. Seven Hills is a small town in Butler County, Ohio. The population was 1,089 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The town was founded in 1824 by members of the Carr family. The name comes from a high point on the north side of town, Hill 711. seven hills post office opened in 1827 and continued operation until it closed in 1959. The first store in Seven Hills was built by prominent local farmer Elijah Carr. A two-story schoolhouse followed in 1829 and operated until 1951 when it burned down. A sawmill was built around 1835 and continued operation until 1888; it left behind a mill pond that still exists today, as well as several contributing buildings including a barn and a blacksmith shop. In 1860, Four Mile Creek came through Seven Hills and formed an opening between Two Miles to the west and Mortonville to the east which led to increased trade with those areas due to more access to water than at previous points. This opening caused increased development within Seven Hills as people began moving into new homes closer to civilization and jobs outside of their homes became available closer to job centers like Cincinnati proper (at this time Five Mile Road wasn't even established). This growth caused business owners such as John Wigham & Sons Tobacco Co., Molinelli's bakery, Gorman’s grocery store, Arendt’s dry goods store (later known as King’s Hardware), Goldberger Bottling Works (later renamed Pfeffer bottle works) all located within walking distance or less of each other making Seven Hills one of the most vibrant small towns in central Ohio during that time period with much economic activity taking place throughout its boundaries day/night!

It is not often that a small town in northeastern Ohio becomes the center of attention for much more than its own population. But that was the case with Seven Hills, Ohio in 1868. At that time, it was just a tiny hamlet of about 1,500 people and residents only met twice a month to discuss things like farming and trading. But because of this remote location, Seven Hills quickly became known as an important transportation stop on the Underground Railroad. This made it especially vulnerable to raids by Confederate troops during the American Civil War, which led to some of its residents fleeing northward. In 1865, Seven Hills joined other towns along the Susquehanna River when they formed the new township of Ottawa County. Soon afterward,Seven Hills began to grow rapidly thanks to two major factors: its location as a crossroads and its role as a transportation hub for goods going west and east through the region. The first brick building in Seven Hills was built in 1871 by John Fenton Sr., whoowned an inn called The Gables at what is now Main Street. By 1875,Seven Hills had several businesses including one store and three sawmills (one still stands). It also had two churches – First Presbyterian and Methodist – as well as several residences providing housing for those working in commerce or government service located near downtown. By 1886,Seven Hills had over 100 inhabitants and was home to four schools – Oneida Academy (now part of Youngstown State University), Westville School District #2 (now part of Warren Local School District), and Seven Hills Female Seminary (now known as Mahoning Valley College). In1890s7 hills experienced another growth spurt due to World War I efforts by local farmers looking for markets for their produce1 . Many soldiers came through town on their way back from fighting overseas2 . Some 7 hills citizens even volunteered to work at local farms3 . That same year saw another milestone when Seventh Hill Post Office opened4 . This important facility served residents until 1955 after which mail service was moved from Dayton to Youngstown5 . During World War II ,Seven hills contributed many menfolkto local military units6 There were also some impressive accomplishments during this time such aswhen seven hills students won first place in an international competition7 Finally,in 1957,'The eagles',a brand new high schoolwas opened8 ."
Seven Hills is a census-designated place in Summit County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Akron metropolitan area.
