Seven Hills is a small town in Steuben County, Ohio, located on the border of eastern and western Townshipships. The population was 2,898 as of the 2010 census. It lies at an elevation of 495 feet (152 m). The first settler in what is now Seven Hills was John Richardson in 1811. The community took its name from one of its founders, David Hill. A post office called Richardson was established in 1827, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1907. In 1839, Eight Mile Road was built through Seven Hills and became a part of the main road network in Steuben County. The first store opened here in 1840. In 1860, a sawmill and grist mill were erected at what is now Six Mile Brook Road; these mills became very important to the town because they produced flour for local markets and also processed wood for heating and commerce. However, by 1870 both mills had been replaced by newer ones; this change may have been due to competition from larger towns such as Dayton or Cleveland which had started up similar businesses since the 1830s. The last large shakeup came about when Five Mile Creek overflowed its banks starting on July 25th 1899 which caused extensive flooding that destroyed many homes and businesses along Eight Mile Road including the original store building which still stands today! Thanks to some hard work by local residents who responded quickly to help clean up aftermath of the floods seven hills emerged as an almost completely rebuilt community with new housing developments completed over time beginning with The Ridge development on Main Street just east of Nine Mile Brook Road during 2002-2003 – this has helped revitalize Seven Hills into something more like its historical self once again!

Seven Hills was a small village in Lewis County, Ohio, United States. The post office at Seven Hills opened on July 4, 1879, and continued in operation until it was discontinued on December 31, 1903.
