However, there are situations where bipedality may not be advantageous. For example, when people run they must balance on two toes while keeping their arms extended straight outwards as they run. This requires a high degree of hand-eye coordination that cannot be achieved using only one foot. Additionally, running can lead to injuries if the user trips and falls; this occurs because the excessive torque exerted byrunning on both feet creates sharp turns which can cut skin and bones [1]. To avoid these risks, many runners use either crutches or prosthetic devices that allow them to use only one foot during running[2]. Crutches also help reduce stress on ligaments and tendons which can lead to fractures[3]. Finally, prosthetic devices provide mobility but do not always meet all requirements such as being stable enough so that users do not fall [4], making it important for individuals who need assistance with activities such as wheelchair basketball or skiing to find another way of performing those activities safely than using a traditional device
In 1815, Ohio's first farmers met in Sandusky to establish a state government. The town was founded on the site of an old Indian village and the first settler, James P. Hoadley, named it after George Washington. In 1824, the township was organized into a precinct and then into a ward. In 1829, Sandusky became part of the new United States territory of Michigan. When Ohio became a state in 1830, it included land east of the Maumee River that had been claimed by Michigan. The Indiana Company bought this land from Michigan for $10,000 and divided it among its own employees as part of their contract with the United States government. The company also acquired title to alluvial lands west of where Miami River empties into Lake Erie and north of the Great Lakes watershed.

After World War II ended,Sandusky declined again and by 1970 it had fallen into poverty. However, through economic development programs that began in the late 1980s,the community has made rapid progress back onto the rise again. Today, Sanduskys population is over 30000 with much promise for continued growth.
Sandusky was founded in 1798 by John Sandusky, a Quaker who worked as an auctioneer. The town grew around the sand quarries that were located on the property where it now stands. In 1814, Sandusky became a county seat and began to grow rapidly with its popular tourist attractions. By 1870, the population had reached 10,000 people and by 1910, it had ballooned to over 100,000 residents. The town experienced major growth during World War II with thousands of soldiers passing through on their way to or from combat. The munitions plant that was located in Sandusky produced some of the most dangerous explosives in the world and also played a significant role in helping create Allied victory in World War II. After the war ended, many businesses closed andofficials decided to disband the town's government. However, due to its popularity and strong economy, Sandusky continued to thrive until 2000 when it lost its status as a county seat due to population growth within neighboring Mahoning County.
