That number has since decreased to 5 deaths per 100 thousand residents according to2010 estimates attributable to natural causes only; however many other devastating wars such as World War II have also led to an increase in death rates in Summit County (and throughout America). The current municipal building opened on December 6th 1906 after years of planning by Mayor William Cavanaugh The City Hall complex includes: two buildings housingcity government services - including law enforcement and finance; a public library annexed into city hall in 2002; new courtrooms completed in 2016; emergency services administrative headquarters - which includes 911 dispatch center and parking garage; water main replacement project ongoing; $290 million bond issue approved by voters in November 2018 paving way for future growth
