In addition to these large public playgrounds/sports fields there are also smaller parks scattered throughout thecommunity - some open for baseball/softball games only while others offer full range activities such as basketball/football (Richfield High School), soccer (Northside Intermediate), track (& field (Norwoodspeedway)), etc... These larger park areas provide plenty of opportunities for children not just to enjoy play but also for parents to spend quality time outside with their offspring supervised by appropriately trained adults!
