Montgomery, Ohio is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Montgomery County. The population was 54,636 at the 2010 census. It lies on the border of Cincinnati and Dayton, both cities with large suburban populations, and is surrounded by these two municipalities to the north and east, as well as Price Hill to the southwest. The first permanent settler in what is now Montgomery County was Nathan Bedford Forrest, who arrived in 1788 from Virginia. The area that would become Montgomery County was part of Upper Lorain Township until it was taken over by Hamilton Township in 1814. In 1825, parts of Price Hill were annexed into Montgomery County; this action helped give its name to what are today’s southern boundaries of Price Hill Park (to the south). In 1827, what became eastern portions of Price Hill were detached and incorporated as Carroll Township; this act also gave its name to what are now eastern streets and avenues withinPrice Hill Park. Montgomery’s growth began during World War II when a large number of workers came to assist in war production efforts throughout Great Britain and North America. Many Germans who had been living in Cleveland or other Midwest cities found their way back home after the war ended; they founded small businesses here before leaving for new neighborhoods in larger towns across Greater Cleveland following peace treaties signed between Nazi Germany and Poland. Today’s German-American community has since multiplied significantly due to waves of refugees arriving across Europe over recent years seeking asylum or relief from political instability there – most notably those fleeing Syria/Iraq today. In 1970, then- Mayor William Peduto announced plans for a major expansion into western Price Hill that would include new housing developments along Interstate 71 (the so-called “Western Hills project”) which eventually became reality thanks to $52 million in federal funding earmarked specifically for this purpose – creating one of Columbus’ largest suburbs ever seen outside downtown areas! As more people moved into perimeter housing developments such as these outside Downtown Columbus—sometimes referred to simply as “The Hills”— Montgomerys quickly caught up with their peers just west of I-71: becoming one of America’s fastest growing urban areas during this time period! In recent years there has been an increased focus on cultural attractions located within The Hills including theaters Municipal Stadium (home field for several local teams), FirstEnergy Stadium (home field for part or all OF THE CINCINNATI RED SONICS), Kroger Supercenter (a huge megastore), Nationwide Arena (capacity 24,000) & more recently Rupp Arena (capacity 7500) - making Montgomery one stop you definitely don't want without havingvisits!

In 1812, after Napoleon Bonaparte was overthrown and his Empire collapsed, many French generals began stockpiling weapons in order to create a new army. As supplies ran low, they began stocking Magazine de la Garde (MG), or “the magazine of the guard” as it was known. This magazine served as a storage warehouse for firearms and ammunition until 1815 when it finally fell into disuse due to lack of arms production during Napoleonic times. The birth of modern riflery happened during the American Civil War when Confederate soldiers were able to purchase large numbers of Springfield Armory rifles with metal drums filled with rounds that could be fired from any angle without modification. This gave them an advantage over Union troops who had to load their rifles from the back row of a stocks!quickly becoming one of America’s most iconic symbols! The popularity of riflery led to widespread adoption of magazine-fed firearms throughout World War I thanks in part to British engineer Major John Browning who designed and manufactured bolt action rifles that could be reloaded rapidly using either Reloading Rods or Bolt Action Machine Guns (BAMG). During World War II there were efforts by both sides to develop better fire control systems for artillery shells which led ultimatelyto development of anti-aircraft guns that used magazines fed through tubes carrying uplink rounds instead of solid rounds like earlier designs
