In 1902, Monaghan partnered with Simeon Borenstein, Jr., to form the Borenstein-Monaghan Safe & Lock Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This new company became responsible for developing and producing the world’s first self-locking pistol safe model – the Model T2A1 (later known as the Taurus A380). In 1937, MonroeGunSafe merged with two other companies – The National Firearms Association (NFA)safe store chain and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)safe store chain – to form what would become today’s largest firearms manufacturers’ organization in America. At this point, MonroeGunSafe had a market share approaching 90%.

Monroe, Ohio is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Clinton County. The population was 931 at the 2010 census, making it the fifth-smallest city in Ohio. It is located on the Scioto River near what is now downtown Monroeville. The first settlement in Monroe was made by three brothers, John, Nicholas and Timothy, on July 10, 1792. The original town site was on land that is now known as Monroe Square. In 1810, Monroe received its charter from state legislator James Krieger and became a town with a population of just over 100 people. By 1830, however, the population had grown to 350 people and by 1840 it had reached 1,000 people. In 1803–1804 Kentucky Congressman George Rogers Clark visited western Pennsylvania and saw an area that would become Monroe Township while he was campaigning for his reelection in 1804; this area included much of what is now Clinton County but also part of Wayne Township which would later become Medina County. Clark thought about moving westward into this new territory but decided against it because he felt that settlers were not ready for another stop on their journey to Oregon yet (although some did move there). Clark then sent surveyor David Wilkinson to map out what would become Monroe township without any townships being formed; Wilkinson named it after General Montresor – who fought against British forces during the American Revolution – because he felt that general Washington should be honored with a township name too (Washington's Birthday was October 25th). On November 12th 1810, when President James Krieger approved the charter for Monroe Township with a population of 100+, no one living within its borders objected because they knew that their municipality could exist only if voter approval were given (this arrangement continued until 1949). Residents voted May 2nd 1814 for incorporation as a village with 5 residents/seventy acres instead of 50/300 acres like most townships at that time; incorporation as a village placed an initial tax burden on residents which increased each year until $1 per capita income became mandatory starting in 1860 due to changes in state law caused by sectionalism throughout America during this time period; however voters soon abandoned this option due to high taxes combined with low property values (the first “taxation without representation” occurred whenVoters Injected themselves into City Halls through Charter Amendment #5)). As early as 1830s many farmers began growing corn and wheat so these crops paid taxes rather than selling them back onto society like other goods such as cloth or tobacco) Incorporation allowed farmers two years after application to sell their land rather than waiting 6 years which raised prices even more since merchants didn't want products available any sooner than necessary so they could get rid of inventory before prices rose again); This policy change allowed farmers access
