During the 1960s and 1970s, Scope Mounts made Fulton rifles available with scope rings that could be tightened down to create a more precise fit on each rifle's barrel. Middleburg Heights is a census-designated place in Stark County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,521 at the 2010 census. Middleburg Heights is part of the Cleveland–Akron–Canton, OH Combined Statistical Area. It is located east of Akron on the border of Scioto and Medina Counties. Middleburg Heights was laid out in 1836 by John Haggerty and others as the village of Middleburg by order of General George Washington Butler. In 1839 it became a town when all of Medina County was organized into townships. The name change to Middleburg Heights because some residents wanted to distance themselves from Akron's "Highbury" area. The town had six churches and two stores before its wooden frame grocery store/tavern was built in 1868 by Wm. Fenton Aspinwall and his son-in-law Jno. Sheppard with help from local farmers who subscribed to an early subscription campaign for the new business venture. That store served as the nucleus for what would become known as Midtown shopping district which straddles I-675 northbound and State Route 42 southbound today. In 1903, after years of discussion between city officials and merchants about creating a commercial center around a new school that would serve both neighborhoods, Middleburg Heights acquired its present site on High Street within sight of Interstate 670 just west of downtown Cleveland with land priced at $2 per acre ($ in 2017). The cornerstone for First Methodist Church was laid on October 16, 1903 by Revs., Jno Prentice ( pastor ), Geo Atherton ( trustee )and Alfred Kapp (president ). Reverend James Ewing officiated at the ceremony while Mayor John Ahern presided over proceedings at City Hall preceded by a band playing "The Star-Spangled Banner." On November 3rd 1898 Second Ward Alderman Thomas McCoy donated land to first Presbyterian church; services were conducted there until 1907 when Episcopal church took over services until 1929 when it again closed shop due to lack of enrollment then conversions to other denominations led to another congregation being founded in 1963 – First Baptist Church located across I-675 from today’s library complex also functions as their parish hall today! On February 11th 1906 Main Street between Sycamore Road & West Side Avenue became defendant street & renamed 2nd Street North

This mount was also much more popular and remained in use until the early 1900s when it finally fell out of popularity due to changes in technology. The next major modification to scope mounts came about with the development of chronographs during World War I. Chronographs became important because they allowed commanders to track elapsed time during combat so they could better plan their strategy. To do this, they needed accurate timing information which required reliable accuracy on all aspects of their unit's equipment including their guns and ammunition! As Chronographs became more common, manufacturers began developing new mounting methods for them such as screw-on rails which allowed for increased stability while firing projectiles offhand or using optics with high magnification capabilities (such as binoculars). These innovations soon led to new types of scopemount dubbed "Tripods" which could be permanently attached or removed from rifles or shotguns depending on how tight/loosely you desired your turret placement! Eventually, advances within both rifle technology and manufacturing ledto widespread use of Scope Mounts throughout the firearms industry! Middleburg Heights was an agricultural community in southeastern Ohio, United States. The population of the community peaked at 2,500 in the late 19th century but declined to 1,000 by 1920. It is now a small village within the city of Cleveland. Middleburg Heights is located on the eastern edge of Cleveland and straddles Muskegon Heights to the south and east. Middleburg Heights was first settled by German immigrants in 1827. They named their settlement after Middleburg Castle, a main source of revenue for their ancestor, Friedrich Wilhelm Müller, who had purchased it from the Lenni Lenape in 1796. In 1837, John Sibley donated land to establish a school district which became Middleburg Heights School District No. 2. The first school building was erected on this site in 1840. By 1860, there were only 60 residents living in Middleburg Heights; however, it continued to grow rapidly during the early part of the 20th century due to its strategic location as a crossroads and its close proximity to factories and markets throughout Cleveland reality
