TFC merged with another company called Armoury Industries Incorporated (AI) back in 1972 creating what is now known as Intersil Corporation . AI produces rifle ammunition alongside handguns and other firearms products under three brands: Interarms, Arsenal Brands and Technical America Incorporated . This company also manufactures civilian attire such as raincoats, jackets, hats and belts for both men and women since 1967 outside of Lima There are also severalGunstore stores that remain active even though they no longer carry any firearms merchandise whatsoever due to prohibition laws enacted following World War II that regulated how much guns could be sold within each city limits – excepting Toledo however! In 1831 Joshua Hoadly purchased land east of present day Main Street from Joseph Gillett for $4 per acre (the current site of State Fair Park).; He began construction on what would eventually become Hoadly Hall (now Hardesty Coliseum), building a two-story wooden structure that cost $5,000 to construct (). Perrysburg native Isaac Hoffmann donated land near where State Fair Park now stands for a public square called Hoffmann Square (), naming it after himself (). On September 21, 1836 David Wills bought 1/2 mile north of present day Market Street from Nathaniel Paulding for $10 per acre (). Wills began construction on what would eventually become First Baptist Church (). That same year Wills also donated land east of Market Street to build University Avenue () which later became Clinton Street (); this street also served as the town's first white cemetery (). This early settlement alongUniversity Avenue may have been one reason why many people who moved to Lima during or shortly after World War II called it "The University Town". On January 14, 1889 school trustees voted unanimously to change the name from "Hooverville" to "Lima." This name change came about because Amos Albright wanted his Alma Mater (university) renamed "Alma College" following his visit there in 1886 but due to lack funds at that time no change could be made so Alma Mater still bore that name until 1924 when it became Gonzaga University and then again when Northwest Nazarene University before becoming Miami Dade Community College effective February 1st., 2006). A survey taken by niagarafront real estate firm late summer 2005 revealed that nearly 60%/of respondents living within 2 miles or less lived under former 'Hooverville' namesakes - overwhelming preference being given back to 'Lima'. Of those surveyed fewer than 20% identified themselves primarily with 'Ohio City,' while over 60% reported roots inside or close by neighborhoods like Harrisonburg Heights (), West Side Village (), East Side Village (), Indianola Heights ()) whence they hailed originally... considerable effort has gone into marketing [Lima] anew since 2000s especially thru internet campaigns & social media applications
