This method was particularly effective when used against opponents who were armed with handguns and not able to use their hands free. During World War II, some European countries decided to adopt Nazi Germany’s gun-control policies and began using choke devices on firearms in order to prevent civilians from owning them. However, this decision was ultimately unsuccessful as weapons were still confiscated by government officials and executed by German forces during the war. The Gun Choke Device eventually fell out of favor after the war and today is considered a historical curiosity rather than an everyday tool for law enforcement officials across America.

Huber Heights is a town in Lorain County, Ohio, United States. The population was 2,814 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cleveland metropolitan area. The original name of Huber Heights was Brownstown Township. Huber Heights has been inhabited by Native Americans since pre-historic times. In 1820, James Hobert founded what is now Huber Heights as an agricultural community named for him and his brother John Hobert. In 1845–1846, a group of men from Sayreville, New Jersey led by Hugh Broughton came to buy land in and around Huber Heights and began to build a large farmstead on what is now Saginaw Road. They called their new home "Huber Heights." Today's buildings on Saginaw Road date back to that period and are some of the oldest standing homes in Huber Heights. The first post office in Huber Heights was established on December 5, 1850; it closed on July 1, 1857 due to lack of customers. In 1868–1869, local farmers built the first schoolhouse in Huber Heights (now part of the Community School District). A second schoolhouse was built in 1870 but burned down during a fire that year. That same year saw the opening of the first store in Huber Heights; it was operated by John Hathaway until 1985 when it went through several changes hands before being bought by Beta Real Estate Development Company LLC d/b/a ABC Realty Group Inc., which renovated it into an apartment complex known as ABC Placehubert heights today! On October 15, 1886 James Hobert moved his family from Brownstown Township to Huer Heights after purchasing 640 acres (2 km²) including all present dayHubert heights from Amos Noyes for $5 per acre ($27 total). At this time there were only 20 people living inHubert heights with James & 4 families working 13 acres (6 ha) corn farming while 2 others farmed 3 acres (1 ha) raising chickens & hogs etc...James died suddenly September 25th 1888 age 53 leaving behind 12 children 6 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren still living here today...the last postcard mailed from Brownsboro township dated November 26th 1922
