There is no doubt that firearms have been a part of Ohio history for as long as there have been people in the state. In 1812, the first weapon to be used in what is now Ohio was an apple corer, and handguns were not included in the census of 1820. Firearms began appearing on maps in Gahanna around 1830, and it wasn’t until 1868 that shotguns were registered with the government. T-shirts featuring firearms appeared on local shopping streets starting in the early 1900s. The earliest t-shirt I could find from Gahanna features a revolver with an image of Columbus on it. Firearms became increasingly popular after World War II, and by 1969 they had become an integral part of Ohioan culture. The proliferation of guns has not only made Ohio home to some of the most diverse collections of firearms ever created, but also has inspired many creative firearm t-shirt designs. It could also be used as an advertisement piece specifically targeting families who live near schools where shootings happen frequently. 4) "# NRA # Gun Control" -This Shirt features NRA members holding up pistols while text reading "# NRA # Gun Control". The idea behind this shirt is simple: We need tighter regulations on firearms in order reduce fatalities and injuries related to shooting sports. It could also be paired together with other slogans like "# Safe Schools # Gun Violence Prevention" or "# Stand Up To Abuse".

Gahanna, Ohio is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Hamilton County. As of the 2010 census, Gahanna had a population of 52,554. The city was founded on February 14, 1795 by Revolutionary War veterans Nathaniel Greene and his wife Dorothy Cartwright as Orange Township in what is now Hamilton County. Gahanna's history dates back to its incorporation as a town on November 3, 1827. The current name originated with General George Washington's order for all Americans east of the Appalachians to adopt new names inspired by Richardson's Resolution (1784), which called upon all men to "name their country by some conspicuous event or public character." The first post office in Gahanna opened in August 1827 and was named Mount Vernon after then-President George Washington's father-in-law James K. Polk Sr.'s home in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 1830, Gahanna became part of newly created Athens Township. That same year saw an influx of refugees from the Panic of 1837 who were living near Pittsburgh and needed new homes so Athens Township became known as West Side Township when that area was annexed into Hamilton County in 1839. In 1850, Gahanna amalgamated with neighboring village Yellow Springs to form what is now known as East Side Township because both villages shared an alley connecting their streets (the two towns would later merge again). The merger came about due to increased competition from other towns eager for land within Hamilton County during this period; however it also helped keep Gahanna small enough so that it could continue to be run independently for over 60 years until it gained its present autonomy on November 3, 1948 under the name “Gahannan”
There are many different firearms that have been utilized throughout history, but there is one firearm that has always been a part of the popular culture and folklore of shooters everywhere- the Glock. Glock pistols were designed in 1988 by Carlos Greek and became synonymous with quality and reliability. Glocks are still used today as the standard for law enforcement and military rifle use around the world. The popularity of Glock handguns led to release of various limited edition models over time, such as the “One hundred percent” version which was only made available to original owners. The Glock pistol has even been featured in movies and television shows, most notably The Matrix Reloaded where Neo uses a Glock to take down Agent Smith. While it is not clear how much input this came from, it is safe to say that Firearmslinger magazine would not be exist without Glock pistols!
T-shirts were popularized by the NRA in the early 1900s. The NRA helped to create the modern firearms industry and developed t-shirts as a way to promote Second Amendment rights.
Gahanna is a town in the U.S. state of Ohio, and is the seat of Mahoning County. The population was 24,855 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cleveland-Akron-Middletown metropolitan area. Gahanna has been home to an agricultural center since before American automobiles were invented, and still uses horse and buggy transportation for most goods and services today. The town also has a rich history that can be found in its residents, businesses, and institutions. The first settler in Gahanna was John Calkins who arrived on July 1, 1814 from London, England with his family. He built a cabin on the banks of the Scioto River just east of present day State Route 3A (now I-675) near what is now the intersection of State Routes 611 and 613A (now US 12). At this time Gahanna consisted of only 20 settlers and John Calkins became one of its first citizens. In 1815 he married Rebecca Cooks from Union Township in Delaware County and they founded a small farm called Cooks' Landing on what is now West Main Street which they named after their daughter Rebecca Cooks Anderson (1816-1905). In 1817 Reverend Ezra Stroud came to Gahanna from Canandaigua, New York with his wife Anna Maria Ketchum(1790-1881), children Lavinia Stroud(1823-1901), Augustus Howell(1827-1900), George Washington Howell(1829-1900)and Caroline Preble Howell ( 1830 - 1915 ). Reverend Stroud had traveled through central Ohio preaching to farmers about Christianity's message for America In 1824 John Calkins sold his land to Hiram Overstreet who developed it into what is today known as Overstreet Field which included areas that are now East Main Street between High Street and Watertown Road; Southside Avenue between Clinton Road and Wexford Road; West Side Avenue between Clinton Road and Park Drive; Northside Avenue between Park Drive and Centreville Road; Willowbrook Boulevard (); Vinegar Hill Boulevard (); present day Canal Boulevard (). Today most people believe Vague Hill Cemetery as being located where Liberty Cemetery used to be but there actually was another cemetery closer by called Mount Vernon Cemetery which likely served as both these cemeteries at different times
