As part of this merger transaction VORTEX Industries LLC assumed dissolution rights to all assets of American Weavers Incorporated except for certain property located within Newton Township near Dayton OH where Dickinson Co., now owned by BLUEFIN COAST CORP acquired majority ownership on January 1st 2017 through private placement process expiring on October 30th 2018 having paid $1 Billion dollars cash plus accrued interest thereto ($2 billion changed hands since then).

As part of this process, Findlay lost its status as town and reverted back to being an unincorporated community until 1957 when it again became an incorporated town with voting rights under state law. It has since regained some degree of civic involvement through events such as its annual Oktoberfest celebration which draws thousands of visitors each year from across Ohio and neighboring states.
