Fairview Park is a census-designated place in Clermont County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,451 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The name "Fairview Park" comes from Fairfield Township, which was named for a tract of land that lay west of Fairview Heights in Clermont County. The first settlers to Fairview Park were Pershing and Brush families who arrived circa 1800. In 1821, John Darnall bought 320 acres (12 hectares) of land north of FairVIEW PARK from George Washington Carver for $5200USD Darnall donated the land to the town of Cincinnati as part of its incorporation on July 1, 1825. The following year saw construction begin on what would become known as "The Old Main House". During this time, the town's first school was built on one acre (0.40 hectare). A second school building was completed in 1828 and opened by President James Kappas with funding provided by Nathan Hale. On February 3rd, 1830 – just four days after their incorporation into Cincinnati – the town voted to rename itself "Faireview Park." In 1851–2 when FairVIEW PARK became part of Hamilton Township – it also lost its water supply so much that many homes had to be abandoned and new ones constructed without running water; this event is often cited as triggering the development around fairgrounds that followed beginning in the 1860sCW1 In 1870–71 when Hamilton Township split off from Clermont County and merged into Covington Township – much like today’s FairVIEW PARK community does - there were similar concerns about lack of resources leading to new housing developments being built near transportation hubs such as Fountain Square Shopping Center and FirstEnergy Stadium until then alone being home to only a few hundred residents CW2

Fairview Park is a residential community in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. It was developed in the 1930s by developer Julius Rosenwald and his wife Alice. The community is located on the border of Euclid Heights and Hyde Park neighborhoods, with its own ZIP code. The first Fairview Park development was built on Fairview Road in what is now northeast corner of Euclid Heights Boulevard and Hudson Avenue. The Rosenwald family purchased the land from a group of investors led by George W. Taft II who had also developed nearby Hazelwood Village. The first homes were built between 1933 and 1935, with some remaining until 1947. In 1937, Rosenwald donated land to the city for use as a public parkland which would eventually become Fairview Park. In 1948, he donated additional land to the city for use as an educational institution called Cleveland State University (CSU). It was later renamed Cleveland Institute of Technology (CIT). Today, Fairview Park has over 4,000 residences and more than 100 businesses within its borders including grocery stores such as Safeway, Kroger, along with restaurants like Olive Garden and Steak n Shake. There are also several playgrounds and sports fields within the community - one being Forest Hills Stadium which is home to both the local NFL team Cleveland Browns and international soccer club FC Liverpool Femenías USA U-19s international team during tournaments held there each year.
The first settlers in Fairview Park were John and Deborah Turney who arrived in 1792. The land that is now Fairview Park was part of the Northwest Territory which was acquired by the United States in 1787. The area that includes Fairview Park was originally known as the Town of New Harmony. In 1837, the Township of Fairview became a town under the jurisdiction of the newly formed County of Lucas. On July 1, 1864,Fairview Park became a village when it merged with neighboring Village of Bellefontaine. On November 15, 1888, Bellefontaine merged with nearby town of Columbiana to form a new municipality called FairVIEW PARK.
