By 2010, however, residential subdivisions had supplanted downtown areas as principalstay cf resident populations throughout much of downtown; retail districts were increasingly emerging around arterial highways converging along I-675/Cleveland Road southward into southeastern Euclid Township while northwest Stroudsburg Peninsula Boulevard intersects Interstate 71 just northeast of downtown before terminating at State Route 514 southwest of town limits).
