By 1879 only 2 whites remained in Dover Township: one farm laborer and his wife; the other lived on a small tract adjacent to Darke County Jail until his death some years later at age 98 years old. That year also saw construction begin on what would become jail number two in downtown Dover – still functioning today as Middlebrook Park Recreation Center/Dover State Fairgrounds (formerly known as FirstEnergy Stadium). When American troops invaded Canada during World War I they encountered heavy German resistance along both sides of the border which forced them to retreat back into America through Pennsylvania into what is now southeastern Michigan before reaching Ottawa National Airport just east of where modern day Detroit begins its journey westward.. This event helped solidify British control over eastern Ontario while Americans fought for control over western Ohio., leading eventually to World War II when Germany allied itself with Japan and invaded America again! After successfully evacuating many thousands across Canada with his family before heading south for war he returned home only after Japan’s surrender! The city of Portsmouth is located within Kent County and is home to most of the town's residents; Dover also has a small portion outside its boundaries lying within Trumbull County which includes Mentor and Many Park Psychiatric Center which are included within Trumbull Mental Health Services District 2B zoning limitations placed upon them by their government because they do not have municipally imposed restrictions that apply to other districts within same services district2B zoning limitations
