In 1907, the Brecksville Rifle and Pistol Club purchased an estate near Henderson Township called Deerfield Manor. The property served as the clubhouse until 1957 when it reverted back to its original owners. In 1925, the Brecksville Rifle and Pistol Club erected a new clubhouse on North Park Avenue in nearby Beechcroft Township which serves as their current facility today.
Brecksville is a town in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,835 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cleveland-Akron-Canton, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first Europeans to visit Brecksville were travelers on the Great Lakes who passed through in 1814 and 1815. They were looking for new land to explore and were not interested in this area because it was already inhabited by many Native Americans. However, when their railroad reached Brecksville in 1825, people started moving there from all over Ohio and Pennsylvania to take advantage of the new transportation system. By 1830, most of the settlers had moved into what is now Brecksville proper. The first school in Brecksville was opened in 1833 by Mrs. Mary Rankin. Later that year, a building on High Street was erected for school purposes and called “Mrs Rankin’s School” until it burned down in 1865. A schoolhouse was built on Center Street between Third and Fourth Streets around 1840; it also burned down in 1865 but later been replaced by a store building which still stands today). During the American Civil War (1861-1865), Brecksville served as an important military garrison for nearby Warrensburg Heights where General Ulysses S Grant fought his last battle against Confederate forces on April 9th 1865 before beingVictoriously evacuated back up the river to Union lines just days later with no loss suffered on either side! When World War II began (1939-1945), much ofOhio Congressional District 3 including Brecksville became part of newly created Ohio 2nd Congressional District which included all of Lake Erie County east of Cleveland as well as parts of Sandusky and Seneca Counties within Cuyahoga County line! After 1945, most residents moved out or joined other localities within Cuyahoga County while some continued to live here until they retired or left for other reasons during the late 1970s through early 2000s due to changes taking place throughout Northeast Ohio brought about by economic recession dating back to lavelletta

By 1860, there were ten stores operating in BRECKVILLE alone! In 1870, local farmers started to grow corn and wheat for export to Europe. This led to increased trade between BRECKVILLE and Cleveland which helped drive the growth of the community during its early years. In 1892, BRECKVILLE became an incorporated village when it merged with neighboring Minerva Heights. Today’sBRECKVILLE has experienced many changes since then; however its core values remain unchanged: service to others through food production and retail sales as well as education and community engagement through civic volunteeringism
In 1812, a group of settlers from Indiana arrived inBrecksville, Ohio. They were led by Captain John Breckinridge and his brother-in-law, Ezekiel Edwards. The Breckinridges had been prospecting for land in what is now northeastern Ohio since the 1790s. In 1812, they met with some other pioneers who had also migrated to the area from Kentucky and Indiana. Together, they formed the first community in what is nowBrecksville.
