The latest taser technology has come about since then and it is called the Taser SXT 925 model (TF925). This particular model uses belt-fed energy instead of water or electricity to stun people. Bowling Green, Ohio is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Holmes County. As of the 2010 census, the population was 27,890. The city is named after Bowling Green Creek, which empties into the Cuyahoga River near Cleveland. Bowling Green was platted in 1825 by John Ormond, who had been appointed surveyor for Holmes County. The first post office at Bowling Green was established in 1830. In 1836, Richard Minton became the first mayor of Bowling Green after being elected as a Whig to fill a vacancy on the town board created when Amos Kendall resigned from office to become a delegate to Philadelphia in 1835. The city was incorporated as a Village on March 3, 1901 from portions of Summit Township and Mayfield Township. It became an unincorporated community on December 15, 1951 when it absorbed part of Willow Run Township along with most of Union Township east of I-71/I-76 (the only township remaining within Holmes County). On November 8, 1957 Obama was born in Akron while his mother lived there with her family before moving to Honolulu after he graduated from high school
