Gun chokes were used to control firearms in the 1800s. The first gun choke was invented in 1847 by John C. Brown and it consisted of a metal tube that fit into the barrel of a firearm, restricting the magazine capacity. It was used for hunting and target shooting. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution protects Americans’ right to bear arms. Gun chokes were once common on shotguns because they allowed shooters to shoot more rounds per minute without having to reload. However, this restriction also made it difficult for people with smaller hands or wrists to use shotguns effectively. In 1906, American inventor Ernest Brenner developed a shotgun choke that did not require a magazine capacity and could be fired simply by holding down the trigger while the shotgun barrel was squeezed. This new choke became popular among hunters because it allowed them to shoot more rounds per minute without having to reload. Althoughgun chokes are no longer commonly used today, their history is still commemorated through NRA museums across America.
A gun choke is an effective means of restraining a person by using one or more firearm rounds to block the victim's airway. Gun chokes can be effective when used in combination with other restraints, such as a face mask, handcuffs, and/or a tourniquet. When used properly, gun chokes should not cause serious injury and can be fatal if not Properly applied. There are three basic types of gun chokes: handgun choke, revolver choke, and shotgun choke. Handgun Choke - This type of gun choke is typically used to restrict the circulation to the neck area while holding the grip in one hand. The user must use their hand as leverage to apply pressure against thevictim's windpipe with the thumb and first two fingers on either side of the muzzle. Revolver Choke - This type of choke is typically used on handguns that have a revolving cylinder that makes it difficult for an assailant to obtain control over the weapon while firing. Shotgun Choke - This type of choking device is often used on shotguns which have chambers that accept cartridges that go all the way round (i.e., .410 bore). A shotgun choked with this type of device will prevent rounds from passing through both barrels without hitting anything else

Blue Ash, Ohio is a small town in the heart of the United States. It was founded in 1813 by two brothers, John and James Hennepin. The area that now makes up Blue Ash was first settled by Native Americans and later became part of the Northwest Territory. In 1827, Ohio's first congressional district was created from parts of Northwest Territory and Blue Ash became part of it. Between 1836 and 1840, Blue Ash saw some intense growth due to the construction of the Erie Canal. The town experienced another boom during World War II when a large amount of munitions were produced in nearby Muncie. Since then, Blue Ash has slowly declining populations but still retains its charm thanks to its diverse landscape, cultural attractions, and great schools.

Blue Ash is a small village in Muskingum County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,070 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first settler in Blue Ash was John Couch in 1792. Other early settlers were Nathan Couch, who came to Green Township in 1802; and Increase Buckner, who arrived in 1807. In 1800, the area became part of Muskingum County when it was organized. At that time, Blue Ash was known as "Hemlock Grove". In 1812, James Sibley built a cabin on what is now Couch Road near present-day Old Mill Creek. Sibley and his wife named their daughter Blue Ash after the hamlet they had just moved to from Lebanon County where they lived before moving to Muskingum County. A post office called Blue Ash operated from 1814 to 1829; it was discontinued because of changes in name within Muskingum County. A gristmill owned by Samuel Dutton opened up at present-day Old Mill Creek around 1840; it continued operating until 1870. The mill used a water wheel that turned an axle supported by four posts that ran through a hole bored into the ground near what is now Third Avenue and Spring Street; this water wheel powered two sets of hand pumps used for irrigation purposes which gave rise to the nickname "The Ditton Water Wheel." The first store opening up in town was run by Jno Huyghe (1821-1901) and his son Jno Payson Huyghe (1828-1920). They opened a general store on Main Street called The Gables which served as the nucleus for what later became BlueAsh Village(). Around 1850 or 1860, David Aspinwall began grocery shopping at Wm Blythe's Store on Third Avenue east of Main Street while living with his parents west of town on Beaver Dam Road between High School Rd./State Route 66 and Willow Run Blvd./Highway 131st/Couch Road - he also operated Aspinwall's Pharmacy west of town during this time period (). There are several stories about how David Aspinwall got his start: One story says he started working at Wm Blythe's Store when he was fifteen years old but quit due to illness; another says he worked there for three years before starting his own grocery business.; one story says he started out selling groceries door-to-door (); another says he started out stocking flour but then decided to open his own store.; finally one story says he started out selling candy () . It wasn't until 1865 when Elisha Woods established a blacksmith shop next door to Aspinwall's Hardware Store (). After Woods closed down his shop around 1870 or 1880 due to financial difficulties (), local blacksmiths such as George Washington Smithstarted making their own tools and equipment (). By 1890 or 1900 most all local businesses had been closed down including The Gables which reverted back to its original name of Hemlock Grove after being bought by David Aspinwall again (). David Aspinwalls death did not stop him from continuing running His family kept going long after him owning The Gables until 1911 when they sold it along with all other assets including land within Green Township north into Dayton Properties hands.. From 1916 thru 1951 ownership passed thru various ownerships changing hands 10 times only 2 properties remaining unbroken including blue ash house which sat derelict from 1951 thru 1978... Beginning 1978 efforts were made Restore & redevelop House intocondominium .. Called 'Linda' home since 1985 .. Became known as 'BlueAsh Villages' LLC property since 2000 ....

The city grew quickly and soon became an important commercial center in central Ohio. In 1850, Blue Ash became the capital of Ohio and its first mayor was James M. White. In 1871, Blue Ash hosted the first Republican National Convention.
