By 1924, Winchester had relocated its operations to their current located off I-71 near Dayton, Ohio. During World War II, many munitions companies (such as Vickers) operated out of Green Bay Naval Shipyard where they produced torpedoes and mines as well as ammo for weapons like fighter planes and tanks. It is interesting to note that there has never been any local production related to munitions outside of Blue Ash since these products were typically manufactured abroad or through contract manufacturers

Blue Ash, Ohio is a small town in Butternut County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,593 at the 2010 census. It lies in the northwestern corner of Butternut County and is bordered by Westmoreland County to the south and east, Columbiana County to the north, and Scioto County to the west. The burying grounds of Blue Ash are located in Columbiana and Scioto Counties. The first settlers in what is now Blue Ash were farmers who arrived from Pennsylvania in 1795. By 1800 they had established a gristmill on the banks of the Cuyahoga River. In 1801 they built a log cabin on their property which still stands today. In 1813 John Ladd bought land adjoining John Allyn's farm for $5 per acre. He began farming it and named it Blue Ash after his millstream (now called Big Branch) ran through his property. In 1820 he added another piece of land to his holdings when he bought an additional parcel from John Allyn for $10 per acre. Ladd's home still stands today as does part of his barn which was used as a schoolhouse until 1959; also remains are some old trees on his property that date back to when he owned it>. His children operated the farm until 1915 when it passed along to their son-in-law James Haggerty who then sold it to Royce Wellman who operated it until 1988 when it was sold again to Dick Youngblood who operates it currently. Blue Ash started off as just a small community with about 25 people living there during its early years; however, over time growth ensued as more residents moved into the area including many farmers and their families who growing crops and raising livestock such as pigs, horses, cows, chickens and other poultry products for sale or being used for slaughterhouses across town or nearby towns like Ashtabula (later Toledo), Medina (later Mentor), Fairfield (later Perrysburg), Waverly (later Alliance) and Moreno Heights ( later Defiance). On December 26th 1870 while construction was ongoing on what would become Erie Canal No.' 2 between Toledo Junction Community College District No./Canal Street & First National Bank Building & Bridge Street Iron Works & Scrap Metal Yard - one copy will be placed every where every 25 feet along both sides of canal - one man each side with oar headstock above bituminous pavement
