Bexley, Ohio is a city in the United States. The population was 30,542 at the 2010 census, up from 25,812 at the 2000 census. Bexley is located in Summit County. It is part of the Cleveland–Akron–Canton, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area and as of 2009 had a total GDP of $123 million. The city began as a small settlement on the edge of what is now Bexley Township on November 12th 1802 by five men who named themselves John Adams, Josiah Warren, Caleb Smith, Benjamin Rush and Nicholas Colman after President George Washington's Mount Vernon home in Virginia. The town developed into an agricultural center with limekilns and other products used for making mortar for buildings and bridges. In 1824 Wm Stephenson sold 4 acres (2 ha) of land to Nathaniel Gorham which became known as Gorhamsville after him because he laid out streets and built houses there. By 1830 Bexley had a school house and six other buildings including three stores and one hotel which served settlers until 1850 when it burned down due to bad weather conditions that year. With only 5 residents living in what was then called "Gorhamsville", development continued through off-farm sales beginning in 1851 when John Hargrave purchased 2 acres (0.8 ha) east of Gorhamsville from Gideon Polk for $100; this area became known as Harrison Heights because James Harrison Sr., founder of JH&J Harrison Chevrolet Inc., lived there during his lifetime before moving to Bedford Hills NY). By 1860 Bexley had ten stores with 1 barrel (3 liters) or less per day being produced; these businesses were succeeded by two hotels which opened in 1865: the State Hotel on Main Street where meals were served until 1960, followed by the First National Bank Building on Euclid Avenue which still stands today housing many businesses including Griggs & Hawkinson Lumber Co.; both hotels closed their doors around 1930 although some evidence suggests they may have been converted into residential units over time (see photo below). In 1925 Isaac Newton Morin purchased 8 acres (3 ha) north of Gorhamsville from Wm Stephenson for $200; this area became known as North Park because it housed North Park Elementary School until 1975 when it merged with South Park Elementary School to form North Park Middle School which remains today open while also serving as home to East Point Junior-Senior High School; again ISMHS took over operations from PJSHS until 1984 when PJSHS merged with Garfield Heights Jr./Sr High School to become Garfield Heights Senior/High School which still operates today under its original name despite having changed schools several times throughout its history). In 1965 entrepreneur Leonard Kapp bought 3/4 acre (0.2 ha) west of North Park from Isaac Newton Morin for $75; this parcel became Kapp Farms since he used it for crops such as soybeans until 1994 when he razed all but one building on it including a farmhouse so that he could build an apartment complex there; KAPFarms remain active today despite having been propertyized numerous times throughout their history Bexley experienced rapid growth following World War II due primarily to military families moving here after being drafted or sent away service; however industrial production eventually replaced agriculture as the primary contributor to local economic output starting in 1950 with construction sites such as Nike Missile Plant occupying much of central Bexley during this time while smaller jobs like machining parts at Ford Motor Company brought new residents into town during later years As part of Cleveland's masterplan announced in 1978 titled "A New Vision For Cleveland" unveiled plans called "The Gateway Plan" that aimed To provide job training opportunities within downtown areas adjacent thereto while also creating thousands more jobs along I-71 corridor between Cleveland CBD and Akron AVE Bexleys first professional sports team was founded by banker Alonzo Mourning who hired players Pete Roselli and Chuck Knox GamboaII to play for him at Municipal Stadium just outside town on October 20th 1951 . Despite playing only nine games that season due to financial troubles caused by high payroll costs associated with ownership both Mourning and Gamboa left shortly thereafter although team owner Clarence Hill would continue playing football there intermittently through 1971 . After Hill's death in 1972 ,the field was sold back to Mournings heirs who renamed it Municipal Stadium again before selling it back again briefly to Ridgefield Resources Development Co.-Ltd before closing it down permanently upon company merger On November 15th 1974 local voters passed an ordinance authorizing The Cleveland Browns NFL Teamto be played here beginning play September 16th 1976 thereby becoming one halfofficial member Of The American Football League starting with that year's regular season campaign Although originally based outof Wooster University stadium northeast OF downtown Cuyahoga Falls prior TO joining AFC Browns ,the club moved permanently HERE permanent facilities were completed circa 1979 across I-71 Corridor FROM CLEVELAND CBD TO AKRON AVE ; currently ranging from Ralph Wilson Stadium across I-271 near Cantonalee mall all THE WAY DOWN TO SOUTH PARK MAIN STADIUM WITH plenty OF PARKING LOTS nearby SHOULD THE TEAM EVER NEED TO MOVE BACK OUT AGAIN WHILE STAYING IN OR NEARCLE Cleveland THIS IS REALLY OUR ONLY CHOICE IF WE ARE TO REMAIN AN AMERICAN FOOTBALL TEAM FOR PUBLIC SAFETY AND NONPROFIT OPERATIONS AFTER CLEVELAND DECIDES THEY DON'T WANT US ANYWHERE NEAR THEIR CENTER
The history of gun chokes can be traced back to the early 1800s when many firearms were still muzzle-loading. The popularity of muzzleloading guns led to the development of chokes which prevented shot from entering the firearm unnecessarily. These choke devices also became necessary in order to chamber rounds correctly, as a misfire could easily result in loss of life or injury. In 1892, an Englishman named Alfred Nobel submitted a patent for a device known as the “Nobel Choke.” This choke device was designed to prevent shots from entering the firearm unnecessarily and caused much controversy at the time because it greatly restricted access to handguns by those with less hand strength or dexterity. Despite this, the Nobel Choke quickly became popular and remains one of the most common choke devices on modern firearms today. To date, there have been numerous patents filed for different types of gun chokes - some that have become standard while others that are still used occasionally (ex: Winchester 94). However, it is difficult to determine which ones are actually responsible for developing modern firearms because they all share some common features and technologies. It is likely that many different people contributed to their invention – includinggunsmiths, rifle manufacturers and engineers – but it is now impossible to determine who truly deserves credit for these advances.

Bexley is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Clark County. The population was 21,814 at the 2010 census, making it the fourth-largest city in Clark County and one of its five counties. It is part of the Cleveland–Akron–Canton, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. Bexley is located on the Allen Fork of the Muskingum River and is bordered by Huron Township to the east, Bethel Township to the west, Clinton Township to the north and south, and Van Wert Township to the east and west. The first permanent settler in what would become Bexley was John Hennessey who platted a village lot on May 12, 1800 near what is now Huron Avenue and State Road 1A (now US 10). He named it "Hancock". A few years later he sold his land to Daniel Wells which became known as "Wellsville". In 1812 Edward Hennessey founded what would be called "Beacon Hill" on his farmstead northwest of present day Bexley Village Hall. This settlement grew rapidly due to easy access to transportation via horseback or wagon drives over Muskingum River bed for goods arriving from Ashtabula Bayou downriver at Portage Bridge. By 1815 Beacon Hill had 200 residents living on 5 acres (2 hectares). In 1816 John Stephenson opened a sawmill on Streamside Drive northeast of town center where he continued operations until 1838 when he closed it because competition from mills in nearby Warren began reducing prices for lumber by 50%. In 1820 Isaac Morse established an agricultural store near town square; this store failed within a year but Morse reopened it three years later with increased success as an groceries business that served both Beechcroft & Canal View villages before merging with another grocery store chain two years later forming The Columbian Grocery Depot Company which continued operating until 1967 when it merged into All-American Food Stores Incorporated whose parent company became PepsiCo Incorporated also headquartered in Cleveland Heights Ohio. In 1830 John Anderton platted what are today parts of Dresden Street and Centerville Avenue NE in central Bexley while still residing in Hancock Village; this plat included sections now locatednorthwest corner of Centerville Ave./Dresden St., southeast cornerof Dresden/Lenox Rd., east sideof Lenox/Dresden Rd., northeast cornerof Snyder St., portionsnow located between Snyder/Centerville Ave./Dresden St., Pennsylvania Dr./Lenox Rd.,and Delaware Dr./Streamside Dr.; these properties were gradually developed into present day downtown Bexley with streets laid out according to grid plan including streets running easterly from original plat boundaries upgradient towards Centerline drive or stream crossings intersecting those roads thereabouts Also included were mill ponds & lots lying between original plat boundaries
Bexley was founded in 1815 by John Beasley and has been a small community since then. The population of Bexley peaked at around 2,500 in the early 21st century but has shrunk to around 1,000 today.
