As a result, manufacturers developed new methods of producing ammo that did not require firing live rounds through metal cases into air pressure drums set within tight walls like those used by ammunitions traders on Wall Street during Prohibition days! In 1924 an ordinance was passed allowing citizens over 18 years old to possess handguns without a license or registration unless they had a family member working for them inside an established gun shop or handgun factory where handguns were sold openly! This legislation helped spur development among young entrepreneurs who could now own firearms safely and lawfully without having their parents or guardians check them out first!
