Bay, Ohio is a small town in the Sheboygan County School District. It is located on the eastern bank of the St. Lawrence River, about 20 miles northwest of Milwaukee and 30 miles northeast of Cleveland. The population was 2,611 at the 2010 census. The town was founded in 1836 by General David Dixon and his wife Deborah (born 1796). The name "Bay" came from an event that occurred there during a storm: A wave of water approached shore so quickly that it seemed as if Bay could not save itself and drowned all those who tried to get ashore. The Generals were so embarrassed that they took to calling their town "Bay." In 1846, Bay became part of the United States when it was added to Lake Erie. In 1855, a sawmill was built in Bay and began operating; this mill would be one of the most important in town until it closed its doors in 1978. One of the first things that people did when they moved into Bay was start farming; corn, beans, potatoes, apples and other crops were all grown here during those early days. By 1925, Bay had 15 businesses including two banks - First National Bank and State Street Banking Company - four grocery stores - Mrs. Ladd's Store (later known as Old-Mansfield Market), Second National Grocery store and West Side Mercantile Company; three churches - First Baptist Church (founded 1851), Third Presbyterian Church (founded 1865) and Methodist Episcopal Church (1899); two schools - East High School which opened in 1918 under Boarding Schools program run by John Pemberton then superintendent George Wirtz Sr.; Two Rivers Academy which opened September 1947 with grades 7-12 followed by Naval Academy Preparatory high school completed in 1951 This paper will focus mainly on holster history because this is what I know about it from my research for my paper “Holsters: An American History” For more information please see my website at bayoholsterhistory@gmail.com

Bay, Ohio is a small town located in the heart of the Cleveland metropolitan area. The population was 5,883 at the 2010 census. Bay is known for its naval shipyards and for being home to the University of Akron. The first people to live in Bay were Native Americans who hunted and gathered wild plants and animals near present-day Bay City. In 1814, David Dennison founded the village of Scioto on a peninsula linking Lake Erie to bay. When land east of Scioto became available for development, residents moved there from nearby towns such as Mayfield and Euclid. In 1825, James Averill bought some land south of bay from the natives in order to build his estate called Arlington Heights which later becameBay City. In 1829, John Quincy Adams sold him 2,000 acres (8 km2) comprising part of what is now Bay Citylenght in order to finance his trip across America. Adams intended it as a model township that would represent temperate Northeastern USA to American Indians during his presidency. The purchase increasedbay's population by 30%. The city was platted in 1836 by Simon Legree based on surveys he had made with Captain George Stephenson while he was working on completing the Liverpool-Manchester Railway under British imperialist rule. The first block built was Saginaw Block which housed about 60 homes including a store and school house; it burned down soon after construction began due to accidental fire set by one of Legree's workers! The second block - also built at this time - featured two stores with 50 feet (15 m) width between them each; these were replaced by residences around 1850 when brick houses began becoming common throughout much of Ohio thanks largely to Scotsman Alexander Calder who imported vaults from London for use as churches, schools and other public buildings across America during this period! When General Ulysses S Grant took office following Reconstruction in 1865 he ordered all US military bases closed within six months except Fort McHenry where troops could still be quartered until their discharge or Surrender Day under certain conditions including full payment for all property taken during wartime! This unusual order caused great resentment among many citizens who saw it as an example of how power had been consolidated at military hands over civilian ones; Bay's only hope seemed then and continues today to be through community activism or political pressure rather than through government action or policy! In 1870 Drury Lane School opened west side along current Union Avenue just north of First Street between Washington Boulevard (now Wexner Avenue) and Cedar Road leading into downtown; this building still stands today several blocks northwest corner First Street/Union Avenue N & W

In 1821, Bay became part of Michigan Territory after a treaty was made between Great Britain and America. In 1827, Bay became a county in Erie County, Pennsylvania. It was organized as a central government territory on March 14, 1830 with Cleveland as its first governor. On November 16, 1835, Bay became an independent city within Erie County with its own government under Mayor James W. Smith. The city had a population of 507 according to the 1840 census and 1,872 according to the 1850 census. After being consolidated into Cleveland Municipal District on January 1st 1870 it had a population of over 2 million people (according to 1880 US Census). Today Bay has many businesses including hospitals and casinos which have contributed heavily to its economy over the years.
