By way of conclusion my experience here (& since I arrived back home Oct 25th 1870) has been quite different than any other Citizen living herein save for 3 very few exceptions which may be mentioned Hereunder: 1st - No Destruction taking place inside Our Walls 2nd - Most Negroes are kept Out Of Our Businesses 3rd – There Is A Clear Difference In Political Opinion Hereabouts
