In addition to its many businesses and services available within its boundaries, Cornelius also offers visitors opportunities for activities such as hunting or fishing areas located within easy reach of town limits while providing excellent access to major attractions such as Mount Mitchell National Park or Rocky Mount Battlefield Museum located less than twenty miles away!
