In 1922, AOC merged with Radio Corporation of America (RCA) to form RCA- Paramount Pictures Corporation (PPC). PPC acquired the rights to produce movies from RCA-FPG Films Incorporated in 1928. The shop continued to be operated by the Gibbs family until it closed in 1957.
