Accordingly, most people living near downtown or within easy walking distance still view themselves as being within reach even if they live outside Downtown Raleigh proper...though there are more people clustering around I-85/Gastonville Ave., Lenoir Rd., US 25/Moores Mill Rd.- between Duke Energy Center Business Park eastward (and including much older neighborhoods such as West Hills) than there were closer to either center prior thereto!
