Holsters are one of the oldest pieces of equipment a law enforcement officer can own. They have been around since the 1800’s and have had many different uses. Today, holsters are most commonly used as handguns holster and knife holsters. One of the earliest examples of a handgun holster was made in 1833 by American manufacturer Samuel Colt. This holster consisted of an elastic band that would fit around the gun’s barrel and either side of the grip, or could be left un-holstered. The first knife holster was developed in 1897 by George Eastman & Sons for their new “Knife-It’ Gunfighter Holster” which featured a built-in blade guards to protect against cuts on the belt line or chest. Most handguns today were originally designed with magazine pouches in mind, but this has not always been the case. In fact, some handguns (such as Beretta) were originally designed without magazine pouches at all! Holsters started out as simple add-on devices for law enforcement officers who wanted to carry more firearms with them at any given time, but over time they became increasingly important to police departments across America. Today, there are plenty of different types and designs of holsters available onthe market that make it easy for law enforcement officers to find what they need while keeping their firearm safe and secure. Albemarle, North Carolina is a small town in the Eastern Panhandle of the United States. The population was 7,711 at the 2000 census. Albemarle is one of two cities in Chowan County, and it is the county seat. It is part of the Raleigh-Durham Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first people to live in what is now Albemarle County were Native Americans who may have come from present-day northeastern Mexico or even farther east. The first European settler in what became Albemarle County was James Robertson, who arrived in 1784 from Scotland. He built a cabin on Lumber Creek and named his land for his home country – Albion (now Albermarle). The town of Albemarle began as a log cabin community near present-day downtown Raleigh. It was founded by Captain John Smith when he and his men explored the area in 1792 during their survey of North Carolina for King George II of Great Britain. At that time, Raleigh was only a Cherokee village located about 12 miles south of present-day Raleigh. Captain Smith's group found many valuable minerals and lumber resources here so he motivated others to start settlements around him including Alcala (now Lowndes), which began construction on its own courthouse in 1802; Berea (now Monroe), which started construction on its jail in 1805; and Blackstock (later called High Point), which began construction on its courthouse in 1807. Throughout this early period there were several conflicts between whites and Indians over control of these areas. For example, during the Catawba Indian War fought between British settlers and Catawbas starting in 1794–95, white colonists killed many Catawba members until they finally surrendered following an agreement reached by British General Jamescan Maclay with Chief Powhatan late that year: allCatawbas living within five miles of Fort Johnston were allowed to stay but were subject to military service by white colonists under conditions that guaranteed them food, shelter, arrows shot at them if they attacked whites or their families while living among them; any remaining warriors were forced into exile along with their weapons and supplies stocks beyond those allocated to them by the British government(Fowler 1984). In 1814 Indians again raided Wilson Parish plantations southwest of Durham City; according to one source £2 million worth crops was destroyed(Powell 1978). Many Europeans also settled along coastal NC rivers such as Cape Fear River before moves inland commenced led by Governor Tryon’s instructions after battle at New Bern against forces loyal toWilliam Henry Johnston on September 221819(Fowler 1984). Albermarle developed quickly due largely to its location adjacent to major waterways for transportation across eastern North Carolina – Wake River boat landing being just upstream from today's downtown Albemarle – accessibility also resulting from Innis Ferry Road connecting western Halifax County with eastern Pittsylvania Counties then forming part Of NC central region paralleling Iredale Mountains extending eastward into Virginia through Lynchburg Valley & Danville Valley reaching Cumberland Plateau Forming Appalachian Ridge System Today's Alamance Hills are located largely due Tomining Industry beginning around 1880 However much recent development has taken place outside town limits especially along US 1 corridor including new shopping centers - Triangle Park mall & PNC Park
