Over the years, the store has been run by many different families. In 1955, the Kapp family sold the business to Harry J. Baca and his son-in-law, James Fenton. The store continued to be operated by the Baca family until 1978 when it was bought by John Giannini and his brother-in-law, Anthony Russo. In 1984, Giannini sold the business to Jack Cernovich and his wife Donna Ladd. After being closed for a year, it reopened under new ownership in 1987 with Dennis Weiser as owner/manager. Weiser ran the business until 1993 when he sold it to Frank Sacco and his daughter Linda Sacco. In 1995, Frank Sacco died and Linda took over operations of the store again until her death in 2003. Since then, ownership has passed through several hands before landing back with Dennis Weiser’s widow Linda once again in 2013 who operates the store currently under her own nameŠ† The history of firearms hat stores begins around 1892 when George WKapp opened a small gun shop on Main Street in White Plains NY which would remain an important part of that town’s economy well into our current century! With so many businesses that cater to both shooting enthusiasts and everyday people alike coming online during this time period (along with corresponding technological advancements), one can imagine how busy these stores must have been becoming! It is interesting to note that even though firearms hats were not specifically marketed towards men at this time (though they did become more common after World War II), there is no doubt that these hats represented an important part of American culture at large! Interestingly enough, firearms hat sales also grew significantly following America’s participation in World War I! This war saw extensive use of rifles across all demographics including men – something that handguns simply could not keep up with! As such, ammunition became a very important factor for firearm dealers during wartime as customers needed some way to ensure they received their firepower without breakingthe bank or taking up valuable floor space! Consequently speaking from personal experience here at my shop – we frequently get inquiries about what type(s) of ammo particular rounds are compatible with our rifles/guns! Needless to say however given modern arms manufacturing techniques & laws etc., storing ammo now definitely does not require floor space 🙂 From 1934 onwards however things take a turn for the worse for firearm hat retailers due mainly because OFA began regulating hunting activities & selling shotguns / rifle parts directly To put pressure on these businesses (& others catering specifically thereto), Congress passed “The Gun Control Act Of 1968” which effectively banned ALL privately owned firearm magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds Attorney General Elliot Richardson declared: “This act will stop crime; it is essential that law enforcement officials enforce existing criminal laws against those who unlawfully possess large quantities of deadly weapons … [T]he government must do whatever is necessary so that all Americans can enjoy access to arms consistent with public safety"‡§† § * From 1938 onward handguns were still exempt from regulation but magazine capacity increased from 10 rounds per magazine downonto 3 Rounds per magazine beginning 1958 § ** From February 1st 1949 all private gun owners were required by law to register their guns within 7 days or face fines starting at $500

In 1824, a group of men known as the "White Plains Rifle Masons" built and used their own rifle range within what is now White Plains Elementary School. These early gun owners had little choice but to use whatever weapons they could find, including rifles and pistols made by local gunsmiths. The first official firearmfight in White Plains took place on July 11th of that year when two men - William Slocum and James Hickey - fought a duel over an issue of property rights near current-day Eisenhower Boulevard and Empire Road. The battle ended with Slocum fatally shot and Hickey retreating into cover before being killed by another gunshot. This event marked the beginning of organized crime in White Plains; guns would soon become integral part of their operations. Over time, various gangs began vying for control over these criminal enterprises; some even got their start using firearms to achieve success.
White Plains is a small town in upstate New York, located on the southern bank of the Hudson River. The population was 20,822 at the 2010 census. It is part of Westchester County. The name "White Plains" comes from the Dutch word White (Haven't) Plaats and was first applied to what is now the village of North White Plains by Captain George Washington in 1774. The village may have been founded earlier but this reference is earliest known. In 1814, John Cade purchased land east of present-day White Plains from Nicholas Astor for $1,000 and laid out a new town called Easton on his estate which became home to many distinguished people including General Philip Schuyler and James Kappenhorne. In 1824, David Levy bought 2/3rds of what would become North White Plains from Captain George Washington for $5,000; this property formed today's eastern border of White Plains with its current neighbor, Valhalla. Despite being only a tiny village when it first appeared on maps in 1774, by 1830 it had grown into an important hamlet with several stores and two sawmills – one owned by Captains John Dickinson and John Tryon and one run by Solomon Parsons – as well as a schoolhouse (1774). By 1840 there were over 100 residents living in organized villages along Fourth Avenue with their own churches (Congregationalist: First Presbyterian) platted around square common blocks without streets or sidewalks. Churches were also erected for other denominations including Baptists (1820), Methodists (1831), Congregationalists (1836), Presbyterians (1839), Jewish immigrants later called Orthodox Jews who arrived between 1846-47 brought their religious traditions with them while they continued to live among their fellow Americans in scatteredvillages until 1955 when all Orthodox Jews moved to Brooklyn after that city's inception as an independent country. It wasn’t until after Euro-American settlement increased during the late 19th century that developers began investing money into developing what would become known as Downtown Whites PLAINS - now bounded by Broadway south to north and Park Row east to west - starting with Nathan Sperry & Co., merchants who built riverfront mansions overlooking downtown before bringing operation inland towards Market Street in 1886 following extensive devastation caused by natural disasters like Typhoid fever outbreaks during that decade . White Plains is a town in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 20,491 at the 2010 census. White Plains is known for its picturesque terraced hills and valleys and its many cultural attractions, including the nearby George Washington University and Wellesley College. The first Europeans to visit White Plains were Dutch traders in 1624-25. In 1785, John Jay surveyed the area and named it after his friend General George Washington's birthplace in Virginia. The town was founded on December 8, 1814 by Captain James Knyphausen of the USS Constitution under the name of "Newburgh". On May 12 of that year, Newburgh's incorporation as a village was ratified by the state of New York. The first store in White Plains opened on October 15, 1814 at 111 Broadway (now Elmhurst Avenue). By 1840 there were over 60 stores in White Plains with an average size of 2 feet by 3 feet. During this time White Plains also became known as "The Most Genteel Town In America" due to its high quality furniture production which continued until around 1925. In 1851-52 Boston banker Asa Gray purchased 5 acres (20 hectares) near present day Main Street for $5,000 and began to build what would become Gray's mills; one still stands today (#2 River Road). In 1865 Union general Ulysses S Grant visited White Plains during his campaign against Confederate general Robert Ewells at Cold Harbor Creek; he stayed at Gray's house until July 6 when he took lodgings with Mrs. Annie Webb from Pawtucket, Rhode Island following his victory over Lee at Petersburg Railroad Station on July 4th nightfall. In 1870 Isaac Newton Perkins built a home called Maplewood where he entertained President Ulysses S Grant during his final presidential term before being impeached for bribery three years later in 1877 along with eight other senators including Michael Dukakis who served concurrently as Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court during that time period - one can still see portions of Perkins' property close to downtown Greenpoint Boulevard today! On November 3rd 1886 local doctor Augustus Kelley died after falling down stairs while examining patients at Ellis Hospital; lie had been diagnosed with Bright’s disease six weeks earlier on October 26th just prior to death however it was not recognized as such then or even subsequently within medical circles because Bright’s disease could only be caused by infection and not directly from sunlight exposure like everyone thought back then! This particular tragic event led to much public outcry against quacks throughout much of colonial America leading eventually to new legislation regulating medical practices called The Quackery Acts of 1850-1865 authored by Republcan senator Charles Sumner who went so far as writing an entire book about it entitled “A history of American medicine” finally culminating in The Pure Food And Drug Act Of 1906 which banned most all forms of quackery across the country! This article does not have enough detail about what happened next specifically about how Augustus Kelley's death was actually reported within popular culture but rather ends abruptly without any further mention about him or anything else related thereto
