Browns continued to produce weaponry under this name until 1983 when it merged with Magnum Research Incorporated to form Magpul Dynamics Incorporated (MDPI). MDPI continues to produce firearms under this name today as a wholly owned subsidiary of Magpul Industries LLC.�

Watertown is a town in Fulton County, New York, United States. The population was 24,904 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Rochester–Tomahawk–New Rochelle, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area. Watertown was founded in 1795 by Captain John Greenough. The first settler in what is now Watertown was George Haggerty and his family. In 1801, the town was named for General James Clinton Waterford who had fought in the American Revolutionary War and then served as Secretary of War under George Washington. The town developed around the Roundabout Tavern which became one of its most important businesses. In 1812, Watertown voters passed a resolution to name their new commonwealth after Thomas Jefferson which helped start the city's political development and also led to its incorporation as a borough on December 15th of that year. In 1837-38, Waltham Hydraulic Plant was built at Watervliet Cove by Cyrus McCormick and Andrew Dickson to produce water for irrigation purposes on land leased from Colonel Anthony Wayne. This plant quickly became one of America's largest hydraulic fracturing operations - it produced more than 2 million gallons (7 tons) of water per day until it went out of business in 1987 due to environmental pollution concerns The downtown area has been extensively renovated since 2006 following a $30 million project spearheaded by Mayor Lovely Warren with help from private donors Watertown currently has two high school schools: Mohawk High School and Empire Jr./Sr HS programs are located within walking distance or less of each other
