The business grew rapidly and by 1912 had a store on Main Street in Mamaroneck. In 1916 the Becker family sold the business to J.B. Kistler who continued to run it until his death in 1951. After Kistler's death, the business passed through several hands before being acquired by George Coker of White Plains, New York in 1957. In 1979, gun case manufacturer and distributor "Gun Case & Supply" merged with another company, "American Arms", to form the current company with over 100 employees.
Mamaroneck, New York is a town in Rockland County, New York, United States. The population was 9,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Rochester–Democrat and Seneca Lake Micropolitan Statistical Area. The first permanent settler in what would become Mamaroneck was Nicholas Johnson in 1776. In 1824, John Morse moved to Mamaroneck from White Plains and began operations as a sawmill. In 1833, Eisenhart & Sons hardware store opened on Main Street and became one of the town's leading businesses. In 1868, the sidewinder moth (Hemiptera: Noctuidae) was first discovered in Mamaroneck by George Eastman while working for Alfred Sibley at Saybrook Farm north of town. In 1870-71 Elisha Knauss added corn production to his commercial agriculture business and named his farm "Mamaroneck". At that time there were only about fifty residents in Mamaroneck proper; however by 1880 there had grown to over two hundred with many homes built between Saybrook Road east of the village center and Route 11 west of it. By 1920 there were more than four thousand people living in Mamaroneck and its outlying areas; making it one of New York's largest towns by population at that time. In 1915, when World War I started, nearly all men working for munitions factories were drafted into service; however no women were drafted until 1917 after passage of the National Women's Party platform calling for women to be granted voting rights within their respective countries'. On September 16th 1918 local officials voted 3-0 to annex part of neighboring Sleepy Hollow because they felt those residents had not taken advantage of offers from both villages to amalgamate prior to war declarationagreement being reached through arbitration process which ultimately failed due primarily to differences on water supply needs betweenSleepy Hollow residents who desired annexation versus Barranca Heights residents who did not wish annexation). This decision led directlyto conflicts over land use as well as housing development plans which continue up through today despite efforts by both communities since unification 50 years ago - an issue which still remains unresolveddespite most recent attempts by Both Communities towards resolution

Mamaroneck was a small town in upstate New York, located on the north shore of Lake Champlain. It is now a census-designated place (CDP) and the population was 3,827 at the 2010 census. The first settler in Mamaroneck was James Webb in 1792. The town began to form as part of an agricultural area around what is now downtown Mamaroneck. In 1824, it became a village and then an incorporated town in 1828. In 1854, it became a city with its own charter and name change to Mamaroneck City on January 1, 1865. On July 2, 1960—the date that New York Statehood occurred—Mamaroneck became one of four cities in the new state of New York (the others were Kingston, Syracuse and Buffalo). A post office called Mamaroneck has been in operation since 1792; it changed its name to Mamaronek on October 25, 1860. The original settlers had named their community after some noble French family members who had moved there during the French and Indian War era: marquis de la Mole (1747-1815), comte de Vergennes (1753-1826), duchesse de Nemours (1759-1823) and her husband prince Louis XVIII de France (1762-1837).
