Fortunately for those who loved shooting handguns at range or firing off rounds from shotguns during hunting season, there were also local riflesmiths who could repair your weapon on site if needed! One suchsmith was John Pyle Sr., who operated his shop out of his home until he passed away in 1978. Pyle was responsible for providing quality items at an affordable price while also maintaining relationships with his customers through mail order (which continues today!).
