The Endicott Taser Museum is a museum in Endicott, New York that features tasers from the early 1900s to the present. The museum was started in 2002 by then-Mayor Rick Lazar and Dr. James E. Fenton, a neurologist who had researched the effects of tasers on humans. In 2005, the City Council passed an ordinance authorizing the creation of a citywide taseruseum with funding obtained through private donations and tax assessment proceeds from property sales that year. The first exhibit at the museum opened in 2006 and featured firearms including handguns and revolvers as well as tasers. In 2007, an additional exhibit room was added to house electronic devices used in Tasing such as stun guns, beanbags, pepper spray cells, body scanners and dogs . In 2008-2009 an expansion project cost $8 million which included new galleries and patient lounges within the medical center where patients receive care for various medical conditions including Tasing. In 2011-2012 another expansion project cost $10 million which included 3 new exhibition halls totaling 3800 square feet with floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light into each space providing photos or video displays of victims' experiences with Tasers
Endicott is a small town in upstate New York, located about 25 miles west of Albany. The population was 1,827 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Oneonta-Elmira-Niskayuna micropolitan Statistical Area. Endicott is known for its agricultural products, including apples and grapes. The town was first settled by Germans in 1795. The name endicott comes from the Dutch word "endick" meaning "a small stream." In 1807, the U.S. Congress passed a resolution designating Endicott as one of thirteen towns in western New York to be founded as Micropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA). On January 1, 2002, Endicott became an MSA with a population of 2,145 people In 2006, Endicott had two post offices: Appleton and Elmira (the latter being closed in 2008). The only store in town was a grocery store that closed down in 2008 due to low sales and consolidation among other stores nearby; however, there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the town's center. Although it has had few residents over recent decades due to high rates of migration to cities or suburban areas near Albany or Buffalo - both neighboring counties have seen larger populations than Endicott during that time - Main Street still sees many visitors each year who stop for lunch at local businesses such as Masonic Hall and Denny's before continuing on their journey eastward towards Syracuse or Niagara Falls. A number of antique shops dot Main Street between Appleton Avenue and Elmira Road while numerous gift stores line much of First Street between Appleton Avenue and Maple Road. Some locally made items are available at several convenience stores throughouttown while others can only be found at local Farm Fresh markets which are open year round except during winter when they close because they don't have enough food storage space

Endicott is a town in Westchester County, New York, on the border of the towns of Poughkeepsie and White Plains. The population was 26,874 at the 2010 census. Endicott's name is derived from English settlement Endicotts Neck in 1665; the first settler was Nicholas Anson. The first settlers in what is now Endicott were Nicholas Anson and his family who arrived on Long Island in 1665. On April 12, 1668, they erected a small stone cottage known as "Anson's Cottage" near present-day White Plains after arriving there on an emigrant ship from England that had sailed from New Netherland. It was their only home until they built a larger house in 1712 which still stands today within close proximity to many other historic buildings including the Old State House (now part of the Westchester County Courthouse). From this large house they managed many different businesses including salt production and shipping before moving to their present day location near Poughkeepsie in 1777 when their son John founded the town of Endicott. John's grandson Samuel founded two more towns: One called Huntington (1784) and one called Dutchess (1824). These villages merged with Endicott when Dutchess became part of Westchester County in 1814. In 1898, during World War I, Beginnings Drill Hall (later renamed Fort Wadsworth), located about one mile east of Main Street within modern-day Endicott village, served as a training ground for army artillerymen before ending its use following World War II. In 1957 both main streets within current-day Endicott village were realigned along Route 1A making it possible for everyone living within Village limits to have access to high quality education without having to leave their homes; this event also marked the opening of Memorial Stadium which currently serves as the home stadium for local High School football teams since 1958 while also serving as offices for various departments such as Town Supervisor and Police Department prior to its renovation/ reconstruction beginning officially on November 3rd 2006 which ended September 30th 2009 with an ribbon cutting ceremony by then Mayor José Gomez attended by Sheriff Mario Diaz followed by open houses throughout October/November 2009 unveiling all new construction features completed during that time including brand new stadium seating capacity up to 60’000 spectators inside/outside with stateoftheart lighting systems made mandatory by NY State law $50 million dollars has been invested into restoration project doing away with any kind of lead or asbestos paint etc….
The town of Endicott, New York was founded in 1788 by General George Washington and his aide-de-camp, Abijah Morse. The town is named for Endicott Creek which flows through it.
