In 1814, General James Ketchum ordered all artillery in the Western United States destroyed because he considered them unready for battle against Napoleon Bonaparte's forces in Europe. All but two hundred guns were destroyed at West Point before being transported back to America. Ammunition production continued through World War I despite increased military requirements due to advances in technology; however, it ceased completely following World War II when ammunition became harder and more expensive to produce chemically than it had been before thanks to advances in chemistry and engineering. On October 8th of that year (the date on which General George Washington's birthday is celebrated), Judge Augustus Bickford presented President James Kavanagh with an Act for Establishing School Districts within this Province... This Act provided for township organization within this province according to present boundaries; and EndicOTT being included therein received its charter on November 3d following... . It wasn't until after World War II did Endicott reach its current population size - 9,711 at the 2010 census - thanks mostly to waves of immigrants from Hungary (most notablyászor) and Romania (migránszeretete). Many businesses have been founded here over the years including: Ford Motor Company’s Rochester plant; Waffle House; Burger King; Hostess Industries Inc.; JDS Uniphase Corporation; PepsiCo USA Inc.; Carrier Corp.; Mastercard International Incorporated; Netflix US LLC et al among many others. Local industries have continued to thrive even while globalization has taken hold with factories like Boeing’s 737 MAX manufacturing now taking place outside Anoka-Hennepin County altogether as multinational companies seek lower costs without sacrificing quality or workers' rights around the world
