The scandal surrounding Amityville only grew more complex as new information started emerging about how this seemingly wholesome little community had become so deeply involved in some of America’s most grotesque crimes over the years. In spite of all this scrutiny however, it is still today one of America’s most popular tourist destinations due to its beautiful scenery and interesting history – both good and bad!
