But the story of Guns & Ammo doesn't end there--the company's legacy extends far beyond Roswell. In 2002, G&A was inducted into the National Firearms Museum's Hall of Fame class; this distinction is given to businesses that have contributed materially to firearm history and education across America. Additionally, G&A has been honored with multiple awards from industry organizations including being named one of "The 50 Best Small Businesses To Work For" by Forbes magazine in 2006 and 2007 (1).

Today there are no businesses or residences active in Roswell; instead it is home to a small museum which opened its doors in 2006 and provides historical context for the community through exhibits relating to local history and culture including artifacts from ancient Mesoamerican cultures that once lived hereabouts; as well as items related to UFO sightings reported throughout history dating back to 1947 which have been incorporated into the museum's collection.
