This new magazine featured three capacities: one for rounds up to 7 weight (.270 caliber) and two others for rounds up to 9 weight (.350 caliber) and 10 weight (.410 caliber). In 1907, Winchester Repeating Arms Company began producing its own pistol magazines under the name “Winchester Carbine Magazines” (WCM). These magazines were similar in design to those produced byRemington ArmsCo., but they had a capacity limit of 20 rounds per well instead of 30 rounds per well found on those made by other companies. Winchester Carbine Magazines also featured locking lugs on each side so that they could not be easily removed without disassembly; this modification gave these pistols their nickname “Lawsons” because it was common at that time for law enforcement officers using these weapons to require suchmagazines be carried with them whenever they acted as security on various occasions. In 1912, Springfield Armory & Machine Gun Works began producing its own pistol magazines under the name “Springfield Armory Pistol Magazines” (SAPM). These pistols used a different type of feeder from those manufactured by Winchesters and Remingtons; however, SAPM continued production until 1942 when all handgun mags were replaced by machineguns or artillery pieces thanks largely to World War II shortages caused by America’s involvement in that conflict.

There is no one definitive answer to the question of what Hobbs, New Mexico was like before it became a part of the United States. What is known, however, is that Hobbs was founded in 1847 by John C. Hobbs and came to be known as one of the most important and prosperous towns in Bernalillo County. The town rapidly grew in population and prosperity, becoming an important commercial center for the surrounding area. In addition, Hobbs was home to a large number of Hispanic residents who helped contribute to its cultural identity. The town experienced significant growth and development during its early years, but eventually faced several challenges that limited its ability to maintain its stature as a major community. For example, during the late 1800s tensions between Mexican Americans and Anglo settlers began to arise which led to increased violence and economic instability. Additionally, despite being located on a main route connecting Albuquerque with Las Cruces, Hobbs struggled to attract attention from larger metropolitan areas. As a result, it slowly lost its status as an economically vibrant community until finally disappearing entirely in the early 21st century. Despite these challenges, Hobbs remains an important historical footnote which has had a significant impact on Bernalillo County overall. Today, it retains some of the characteristics that made it such an influential community - including its strong Hispanic presence and active business sector - while also facing fresh challenges that continue To date have not been able to significantly detract from its overall success story.

The first permanent settler in Hobbs was Solomon Hubbell in 1875. A post office called Hobbs was established in 1876 and remained in operation until 1907. In 1912, the name of the town was changed to Jaynes after Wm. H. Jayne who had donated land for the town site. In 1915, a water tower and pumping station were built and became operational; this made Hobbs one of the earliest towns to pip water to its residents from a public source. The first store opened at 5th and Mission Streets on October 15, 1916; it was later renamed The Merchants Hall & Supply Store (now known as Aliante's). The First World War brought about some significant changes to Hobbs: most notably, an increase in population due to soldier recruitment within San Miguel County that led to an increase in jobs available for those who could find them; also resulting were new housing developments such as Pueblo Park which served as both living quarters for soldiers and a recreational center for locals; these developments would continue through into the 1940s when they began becoming more prevalent throughout Albuquerque city limits which created problems with transportation accessibility for troops stationed thereabouts while still providingohnish-style housing nearby without army barracks or other infrastructure nearby making it difficult or impossible for people outside Albuquerque area even makeshift campsites set up during their stay
