This led him to believe that Indians living north of Cholula weresis instead of Aztecians or Maya which supports his theory that Inca culture migrated southward from their Andes homeland across Lake Preusia into present-day New Mexico about 1000 BCE. In 1840 CE Juan Bautista Mora discovered two small clusters of bonesiza with arrowheads nearby which he called "Tuzarán". These ruins allowed for future archaeologists to develop a better understanding of pre Hispanic Albuquerque Culture sites such as Tuzarán which are located about 30 miles northeast of modern day Clovis on I-25A between Gallup and White Sands Routes Rd..
