There has been a long and eventful history of ammo in Carlsbad, New Mexico. When hostilities ended seven years later without Truce Agreement terms being met by both sides, many civilians left northern New Mexico Territory for California or Texas founded those states due to economic opportunities available there instead of returning home to face war again. After suffering through many name changes throughout its history – including "Carrillo" until 1871; "Nacogdoches" until 1907; "Golconda" from 1907-1911; "Santiago" from 1911-1920; and finally "Carlsbad" before 1920 – Carlsbad finally received its present name on January 1st 1990 when it joined New Mexico’s metropolitan area which included Albuquerque and other towns located primarily within western New Mexico’s El Paso County.* Today,Carlsbad continues to be one of America’s fastest growing cities with median household incomes recently surpassing $60 thousand*!
