Laser sights, otherwise known as “dot sights” or “crosshairs,” have been used by law enforcement officers and shooters for over 40 years. In the early days of laser sighting, it was difficult to determine which point in space the target was located at due to the large number of errors that could be made when sighting with a traditional naked eye. One solution was to use a crosshair pointer device such as an eyepiece or rangefinder. In the early 1970s, a group of engineers from West New York Laser Sight Company decided to develop a more accurate laser sight based on the principles of light scattering and focusing. Their goal was to create a sight that could be calibrated so that it could provide pinpoint accuracy when sighted through an eyepiece or rangefinder. The first product made using this technology was called the Laser Range Finder/Eyepiece (LRFE). It allowed users to accurately measure ranges up to 100 yards using their naked eyes while also providing cross-hairs information on targets located at any distance within that range. The LRFE remained in production until 1992 and its popularity helped contribute to its use by law enforcement officers and shooters around the world. Today, laser sights are still used extensively by law enforcement officers around the world because they provide precise targeting and navigation capabilities without requiring traditional training or experience in firearm use.

The industrialization that began to take hold in America during the late19th century led to increased demand for workers in what were then rural areas such as Gloucester Township and Westchester County. As production moved away from farms to factories near downtowns throughout North America, West New York saw its fortunes begin to rise until World War II when it fell victim to many of the same economic struggles as other American towns during that time period- including mass poverty and social despair caused by wartime shortages of jobs and resources alike. However, since 1970s there has been a steadily rising trend among residents ofWest New York towards self-sufficiency through agriculture, small business ownership and traditional skills like carpentry which have helped keep the community afloat through tough times while also preserving its unique culture heritage

West New York, or simply West New York, is a borough in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of 2010 it had a population of 71,883. The name "West New York" is first recorded as "Werthinwicz" in early English documents from the 1500s AD. In 1624, Henry Hudsons Navigation Company established a shipyard on Governors Island in what is now Staten Island and named it after his friend and rival Charles II of England;[1] this company also built the first transatlantic voyage by Europeans with an American-built ship in 1625.[2][3] The area that now makes up West New York was ceded to the Dutch Republic by treaty in 1664,[4] but was again surveyed by English colonists in 1702–03 as part of efforts to find a land corridor between Philadelphia and Manhattan through present day Brooklyn and Queens. The Dutch surveyor Cornelis de Valk called the area "New Netherland". On May 14, 1776, during the course of the American Revolution, British forces burned down part of Fort George on Staten Island as part of their campaign against Continental Army General George Washington's army at Valley Forge. This event led to increased tension between Great Britain and its colonies over issues such as taxation and political representation. After years of warfare indemnity payments were finally granted to both sides in 1783 following an agreement reached at Paris between France (the French interactive power) and Great Britain (the dominant force).[5][6] In 1814 Congress passed an act annexing Staten Island into Brooklyn,[7] which resulted in more than 1,000 Irish Catholics moving from West New York to become residents there during that decade alone;[8][9][10][11] however most Irish immigrants left for other parts of America around this time due to economic opportunities available elsewhere. By 1840 about one-eighth (20%)of all persons living within Greater NYC were Irish Americans,[12][13] though many had returned home by then because life there was harder than back east where they could have made considerably more money through agriculture or industry.[14],[15] In 1845 Buffalo Bill Cody became known throughout North America when he toured western NYperforming shows with Wild Bunch Mexicans teaming up withanches USP Ranch Hands
West New York was the native land of The Dutch, and was part of the larger Dutch colony of New Netherland. West New York became an English province in 1664 after the British captured it from the Dutch. It was renamed Nova Scotia in 1702 following a royal grant to King George II of Great Britain. In 1814, Nova Scotia seceded from Canada and joined the United Kingdom as part of that country's new Dominion of Canada.
