Finally NAS Northrop Grumman's Electric Boat Shop churned out Navy's last large scale patrol vessel – PCL-1 Patrol Craft – moored offshore at Morrells Head Light House late summer 1961 becoming America's third nuclear powered vessel following USS Princeton Chase & SS Neches
