Binoculars were invented by a man named Nicholas-Jacques Conte in 1795. He designed and built the first binoculars to be used for military purposes. The Conte binoculars were used by the French military to observe enemy troops during the Battle of Fleurus in 1794. They also saw use in the American Revolution as spyglasses for officers. In 1824, Mr. Morse introduced an improved design of binocular which became known as the Morse Binocular. His invention allowed people to see more than one object at a time and gave rise to what is now called “multifocal”binocular technology. By 1876, all European countries had adopted stereoscopic technology, so Americans began manufacturing their own stereo binoculars with three lenses each (thus becoming monofocal). However, until World War II, most Americans did not develop this type of binocular because it was considered too expensive or difficult to build. During World War II, American manufacturers developed new types of binoculars that could be used for night vision and other military purposes. One such manufacturer was Raytheon Company who developed a device known as an "infrared"binocular telescope which could allow users see things below ground even in dark conditions without using light photography techniques commonly employed at that time! These devices are still being used today by various militaries around the world and can provide incredible views when used correctly!

Roselle is a small town located in Sussex County, New Jersey. The population was 5,032 at the 2000 census. Roselle is part of the Atlantic City metropolitan area. The first people to live in what is now Roselle were Dutch settlers who arrived in 1681. They named the place "Roseslee" after their garden where they grew roses. The first post office was established in 1812, and the name change to "Roselle" when it became an incorporated village on May 10, 1868. Two wars fought near or within Roselle during World War I (1918-1921) resulted in significant losses for the town and its residents: one resulting in more than 100 civilian deaths; and another resulting in over 1,000 injuries and 100 fatalities. The post office closed on September 30, 1975 due to increasing competition from other mail carriers throughout Sussex County. However, because of its close proximity to both New York City and Philadelphia, Roselle continued to serve as an important center for trade until well into the 21st century. In recent years, however, retail storefronts have replaced traditional businesses as primary engines of growth within the community; this has led to some opposition from residents who feel that commercial development has taken away much-needed open space within their local community.

Roselle is a small town in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 7,811 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Newark–Trenton metropolitan area. The first Roselle settlement was organized on December 31, 1781 by a group of English farmers led by Captain Samuel Morison. The town originated as a frontier outpost on the southern border of Middlesex County, close to where Philadelphia now stands. On October 25, 1851, the townsite of Roselle and Easton were combined to form one larger village under the name of Roselle-Easton. In 1875, Roselle became an incorporated borough and in 1903 it merged with Newark to become one municipality with a population of over 100,000 people. In 1927-28 construction began on what would becomeated as "The Star-Mall" – later renamed "The Garden Mall", which opened in 1928 and remains its namesake today. At its peak it housed more than 200 stores and restaurants including Macy's Department Store and JCPenney; it also featured numerous theaters such as RKO Radio Pictures' Fox Theater and Paramount Theatre (now known as Regal Cinemas), along with two football fields used for athletic contests between Rutgers University's Scarlet Knights football team and Princeton University Tigers football team until 1972 when both teams switched to NCAA Division I Football Championship games beginning play at MetLife Stadium in east Rutherford Township rather than their home stadiums—Rutgers Stadium then being located in Paramus while Princeton's stadium remained at North Park Avenue (later called West Side streets). The mall closed following the opening of The Meadowlands Racetrack Race Course adjacent to it in 1970 although some shops continued operation until 1997 when they were shuttered due to redevelopment plans for that site only ever becoming reality partial funding having been secured for demolition but no building having actually been completed or even started upon completion other than for office space currently occupied by PNC Financial Services Plaza development nearby which replaced much older bank buildings on South Orange Street adjacent to current day Ted Williams Recreation Complex housing several schools including Archbishop Spiro High School now Academy Of Sciences high school) ground level retail operations ceased altogether effective January 1st 2009 reducing traffic congestion though still causing some inconvenience due to large tree growth above road surface from lack of maintenance/repair during economic recession leading up to closure Roselle Borough Council has since made agreements with several developers who will remove most trees within 2 years providing access into existing roads outside game zones thus allowing increased parkinglot capacity should events occur beyond game days however these developers have yet to materialize
