On December 1st 2009 voters approved Measure B3 which would change all zoning within Borough limits from single family homes to two story condos/townhouses with ground floor retail units above for both single family homes as well as multifamily buildings with ground floor retail units below for both single family homes as well as multifamily buildings used for housing developments such as apartment complexes or mobile home parks etc… The measure passed with 58% being in support while 42% opposed
