High capacity conversions are a type of metalworking technology that allows for increased conversion efficiency in the fabrication of products by using larger molds. The increase in conversion efficiency can lead to significant cost savings and improved product quality. The first high capacity conversions were developed in the early 1990s as a result of advances in lithography and printing technology. At the time, these technologies were still considered novel and not fully understand. As a result, there was an early rush to develop high capacity conversions as it offered potential benefits such as increased production speed and reduced manufacturing costs. However, due to the novelty of these technologies and their potential for improvement, there was also some criticism surrounding them at the time. This criticism stemmed from two main factors: first, because they were new; second, because they were not fully understood by industry participants. As a result, development of high capacity conversions slowed down during the mid-1990s until more fundamental technological advancements became available which led to increased adoption over subsequent years. Today, high capacity conversions are widely accepted within metalworking communities due to their advantages including: - Increased conversion efficiency - Reduced manufacturing costs - Improved product quality

In the past, there have been a number of high-capacity conversions that have taken place. Some of these conversions include: 1. The conversion of an old printing press into a presses with increased printing capacity 2. The conversion of an existing warehouse into a large printing plant 3. The conversion of an existing office into a large printing plant
