In 1870-71 when Belvedere Avenue was extended from Ridgebury Road northeastward through present day Morristown Township (part of which lay within what would become Morris County) – this portion of Belvedere Avenue now forms Delaware Avenue near downtown Morristown On July 1st 1881 – during an economic depression caused by problems affecting agriculture throughout America – Mayor Piercer passed an act establishing Trenton Hospital Corporation as an philanthropic organization providing health care services free for residents on or near Trenton Boulevard between Adams and Columbia Streets in Trenton Township while also providing land for future hospital expansion purposes along Trenton Boulevard from State College Boulevard eastward into Morris County . This Act established Trenton Hospital Corporation as one entity responsible for all aspects related to healthcare provision within Morris County including but not limited to: obtaining hospital licenses; building hospitals; managing finances; procuring patient supplies; setting prices for hospital services); administering social welfare programs; contract nursing/staffing agencies; contracts with local private providers including home health agencies and dialysis centers In 1916-17 when Mercer University opened its new campus on Princeton Road just east of Interstate 95 – Mayor Piercerpassed another act establishing Mercer University Borough President that same year which gave rise to concerns among some township residents about how university business should be conducted within their municipality since such activities were considered part of university’s larger expansion plans statewide ]]
